    Eeeyyyyyyyyyyeeeee 👍
  2. 77 pts would be a lot cooler if he did. Finishes with 73 pts.
  3. Has the State Farm Arena scoring record, breaking Kevin Durant's mark. Breaks 70? 60 is his personal best.
  4. Nitrous Oxide would do the trick, and not cruel.
  5. SIAP, searched and skimmed 5 pages Bob Marley is one of the biggest cultural influences in my life and I don't qualify that with 'musical'. What some persons accomplish in such a short life span is truly embarrassing to me, but I am truly grateful for his message, for Reggae, for The Wailers...I could go on. Musical Biopics often don't take many chances of exposing fractures in the historical and commercial narrative. Fingers crossed. Premiered in Jamaica, opens Valentines Day.
  6. People pretty split on who won. Dana White thought Strickland won, but says he has no interest in a rematch. Strickland posting about a headbutt that caused bleeding into his eye making it difficult to see, but not saying that's why he lost giving credit to DP. I think all judges were the same except for the 3rd round. Was able to find the Magny vs Malott fight. Amazing to be winning rather dominantly and gassing out the finally minute to not defend a position that Neil found himself in multiple times.
  7. Saw it again. I must have thought the night front porch scene after David's Death was a good time to use the restroom. So I didn't quite pick up on the Kerry/Ric Flair bout, but I still think they undersold it being as it as Kevin's story. The mom watching the ending on TV? But yeah, after another viewing it is just too depressing of a continual down slide end of a movie. A crying football catch with his pre-teen son's was not enough to digest Kevin's life that still goes on to this day. He's a content man. Ric Flair's take on the Von Erichs before the movie came out Shane Douglas' somewhat different take on Kerry's foot and how he lost it
  8. Hayao Miyazaki's "The Boy And The Heron" was movie theater worth it. It was pretty wild.
  9. I’m missing this, but lol at Mike Mallott. He was so pumped for his home town.
  10. I'm afraid so. DP is honed in on his goal and this is the culmination of his life's work. Strickland, if you believe his words and past performances, is more at peace banging in the center of the Octagon for the delight of the masses and his own masochism. This often works, but sometimes he just doesn't have it mentally to finish the kill. He admits to not watching his past fights or that of his opponents. He doesn't take fights to the ground and pledges not to in this one. Good luck with that strategy. However if DP presses for two rounds without inflicting too much damage, there is a chance for Sean to start to pour it on and DP's power to be limited. DP had septum surgery and his cardio is much better. Strickland has made up with DP although the media and UFC will try to hype it the other way. The only fight that seems to be tinged with true animosity is Raquel Pennington vs Mayra Bueno Silva fight. I don't know enough there.
  11. Yes, unlocked. The dude in charge said he pulled on the door and that it was locked, but it would have taken a key to lock it.
  12. SIAP, Even worse, an officer had him in his crosshairs before he even entered the school but was afraid of down-range consequences of missing. So he called in for permission to shoot, but got no reply.
  13. 40-50% of construction jobs in Texas are immigrants. While you might think that means roofers and day laborers, it is also a lot of middle class jobs like heavy machine operators and the running of crews. But as stated many times Texas/Texans/Americans are all addicted to value and low prices, and Republicans have no interest in solving this problem going back decades, and most people don't care to be informed. I'm sure the numbers are much higher in other industries that employ the 3rd party contractor or recruiter model - like landscaping, cleaning services, child care.
  14. Or like 97% better for this guy, but insanely… This story has me floored. https://www.foxnews.com/us/oklahoma-dad-flees-car-crash-leaving-dying-teen-daughter-vodka-pills-behind-report Fox now requires an email for most of their stuff. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12976761/amp/oklahoma-father-flees-crash-scene-daughter-killed-elliot-binney-shelby.html
  15. Suppression in wages, work safety, and unionization. And as you mentioned more Americans on disibility, unemployment, and social services. Obviously there is a better balance.
  16. Not a single mention of the DOJ Uvalde report on their homepage.
  17. Fun game. My finger was hovering above the buy ticket button. I pussed out. Haven't been to a game in a while. $15 bucks to get in the door.
  18. We can just shutdown the Bitcoin machines. No fear.
  19. I realize this is a useless side discussion, but I present my ID to vote, and then refuse to answer any other questions. I realize they are volunteers so I’m not a dick about it. Then the election commissioner or whatever has to come over. Then I vote.
  20. It can very much be in person, and especially if you’ve never presented your birth certificate. “I’m a man, I’ve had a TX DL for forty years, what do you mean birth certificate?!”
  21. 5 part series on the life of John Brown.
