  3. Yeah I obligated myself to some other stuff, so I'll be coming in hot at about 9:20 looking for a link. So unfortunately, I'll miss the first fight that has the best 'Rocky' narrative.
  4. Does it happen to be black?

Your wife has some hairy legs.
  6. King and Buffalo sounded busy as fuck today over the phone. Buffalo guy said they are open through October. They are ‘Middle’ and only recommended middle towards lower, avoid ‘Upper’ due to possibility of low water. Thanks for the heads up! Go ahead and do the Buffalo and report back.
  7. How are ticket searches going? Anyone have experience with the Buffalo River?

  9. Probably so that he doesn’t accidentally shoot someone, and then when he pivots the gun it is up high and ready to fire.
  10. @Gourmand because premeditation and intent are extremely difficult to prove. All you need is one juror that believes the defense or thinks that the protester got what he deserved. Easy defense - He had a legal right to be in the area in his vehicle, he had a legal right to have a loaded firearm in his vehicle, he ran the red light because in fear for his safety he wanted to leave the area, he made a logistical mistake with the direction he chose to escape, his vehicle was surrounded and attacked by an angry mob, a non L.E.O. approaches his immediate space with an ‘assault’ rifle, he was in fear of his life, he had a legal right to defend himself under the extension of the Texas Castle Doctrine.
  11. So literally the next sentence... (b) Criminal homicide is murder, capital murder, manslaughter, or criminally negligent homicide.
  12. If you overlay a clock the gun is pointed at 4:30, and he never stopped for the red light right turn. Charge him with something more reasonable than murder, and let him battle out a civil case as well.
  13. I know nothing. @markstanco Probably gonna take a river trip in September. So is it plug in rechargeable or solar? To get logistic output do you need subscriptions? Does it have a flash light? What makes it awesome?
  14. I'll go ahead and do it for you, He was aware of the protests happening that evening and before. Situational awareness is a part of his training. He was annoyed at it all, including the extra logistics. He had his firearm on his lap or open console because he's aware of that he is close to the line of protestors. He bypasses a red light trying to make a right turn to get past the marchers, but quickly finds himself stuck in rightfully angry humans. He has to make a split second decision -whether to let the protestors beat on his car or speed over and through the crowd. He is now gripped if he wasn't already. He sees a man approaching with an AK, he gets off lethal shots in under 2 seconds. He speeds off through the crowd and calls the police.
  15. I’m sure his Go Fund Me account will be full.
  16. It seems that people are often overcharged with crimes that have a higher bar to prove.
  17. What a shit role for Francis in F9... Magnets
  18. Yeah, Samuel Smith Tadcaster Porter and a Margarita are of the very few that I would have drank for the taste without the accompanying effect.
  19. Yup, +16 months. This is the longest I've ever gone. But my sense of urgency to grow my relationship with my higher power seems to be diminishing. I think I've been working too much, but don't have much of a choice.
  20. That's it. I've had it. I'm going to make a separate road trip out of it. Sorry boys. Next man up.

Krys Boyd is a Texas gem. The author of the book will be on her NPR show ‘Think’ today at noon.
  22. Anyone know when Arky gets their tickets distributed?

And then something something started trying to collect taxes again.
  24. Practical experience shows that nothing will so much insure immunity from drinking as intensive work with other alcoholics. It works when other activities fail.
