Damn drugged up Russian Blues should have been banned from competing for years!

Read elsewhere that the plane hasn't been found, but the helo they sent to look for it crashed in bad weather killing all 7 on board. Probably wouldn't have sent 7 guys up on a rescue mission if the jet was "lost" in Ukraine.
Sorry. I'll work on my joke delivery.

UKR is killing it in the PR department. It's a rout in their favor. This had better not be true.

Hopefully this turns out to be a case of missing jet that sports new colors and is later seen flying over Kyiv. The Ukrainians say, "We just found it. It must have fallen out of the back of a truck".

If someone has a Purple Sharpie handy, that triangle over Brazos County needs enlarging.
I'm surprised they didn't include it in this list of things coming soon to prove how up and coming they are.

remember where did a lot of testing? Yeah
That was more south in the state, right? Stay north of Carson City and that should be OK.

I hope they are really careful with its use. Don't want that turning into a homing device for RU ordinance.

Control of a lot of resources by political rivals is always a danger. But I'd think grain is one of the least of our worries. Yes prices may go up with a decline in easily accessible worldwide supply but we have the acreage and capacity to mitigate much of that I would think.

Well that is sort of a big deal, isn't it?
If they do go into Moldova the RUS will look like liberators, at least to the reddish easternmost sliver shown on the map as Transnistria, a breakaway "republic" propped up by... come on, you can guess... our good friend Russia. The rest of Moldova won't be as accommodating but they are the poorest country in Europe by a good margin. If they take UKR then Moldova would just be a rounding error in terms of combat losses.

I know, take this with a huge grain of salt, but holy shit this sounds like the worst military organization ever.
Ukraine's cellular providers just recently severed ties to Russian numbers. I wonder if the Russkies were using cell phones on the UKR networks to communicate back to central command. Now that's no longer available. A few days ago I'd think this was not possible. Now, I'm not so sure.

LOOOONG OVERDUE
A few days ago I sent a strongly worded note via customer support at DirecTV to do just this. You're welcome.
Seriously, it is just mind boggling that a direct mouthpiece of a geopolitical rival had such access to begin with.

19 year old (assuming basement dweller neckbeard type) who previously turned down a bribe from Elon Musk to quit tracking his jet...has turned his attention to tracking the private jets of Russian oligarchs. If you are into Twitter, you might take a peek.
And you can get a hint where the planes are registered by their IDs if they match ITU allocations:
OE - Austria
RA - Russia
P4 - Aruba
LX - Luxembourg
M - Great Britain
D - Germany
N - US
VP - Probably British Virgin Islands, but could be others-

Can't we just disconnect Russia from the Internet altogether? China too while we're at it. Let them live in their bubbles.
I'm sure we can make up the porn deficit elsewhere.

7140 kHz Once again, Russia seems to like using Amateur Radio frequencies. Lots of receivers, and transmitters, can be brought to bear there.

Not sure those are Amateur Radio handhelds specifically, but 435.050 MHz is in the middle of the Amateur Radio 70cm band.

China, Iran, North Korea that’s about it.
Also Belorussia, Kazahkstan, Armenia (which surprises me), probably couple more Central Asia "stans", Venezuela, Nicaragua, Cuba. And then any other country that thinks they can make a few extra bucks sucking at Putin's tit. It's not the A Team, but then, the old USSR wasn't exactly pulling in grade A talent country-wise either. They were able to run out the clock for decades anyway.

Let Poland take Kaliningrad, cause fuck russia.
Putin wants to call Ukraine an artificial creation? At least a majority/plurality of people in Ukraine are ethnic Ukrainians. Want to really talk about artificial entities? I present to you Kaliningrad.
Fuck Russia, as you said.

Charlie Munger agrees. Maybe we can get him to help pay for it.
