Thanks for that insight. I hadn't realize this was the current interpretation of the rules. Sure seems to me that the defense is "moving towards the ball" at the snap. Wouldn't that construe that they are under pressure, technically speaking? Regardless, appreciate the knowledge on how it is being interpreted and implemented from a rules perspective.
Potentially off topic, but rules / officiating related -- Why is "spiking the ball to kill the clock", not considered intentional grounding and flagged / penalized accordingly? Seems it fits all the rules for intentional grounding, yet doesn't ever suffer the consequences. Is there a specific carveout that covers this in the rulebook?
RIP young man. Too soon...too soon.
For those with children...spend the time to constantly revisit these rules:
Never point a gun at something you're not willing to destroy (animate or inanimate),
Treat every gun as if it is always loaded,
Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target,
Be certain of your target.
We practice these principles even with NERF guns in our home.
Has anyone ever tried to simply have a badass OC paired with a badass DC, and no HC?
Considering that they are somewhat mutually exclusive...why the fuck not? All our HC's just meddle and fuck up the work they do...
Had to google that one. Learned something today....and completely agree with your use of the term (now that I know wtf it means).
TLTS (too lazy to search); note: I deleted a lot of the "similar" to save room...still extremely long list.

Genuine question - what do you mean here? Wouldn't this already be lined up? I mean, the justification has written itself...or am I missing something obvious?
This thread has gone too long without a post..especially for November.
Wishing you all an amazing Turkey Day. I'm headed out tomorrow morning to start putting meat in the freezer. I've been avoiding it...but it's time to get bloody.
