  1. Thought that was a major part of being a proud boy—sexual deprivation. Or was that sexual deprivation with oneself? Either way, it leads to angry men.
  2. They’ll come for the ledge too. Edit—RomaVicta: They came for the ghost dancers as well.
  3. That flag would give them a reasonable cause for a search warrant to see if you were harboring fugitives. Unlike the wife of a certain SCOTUS justice, you would potentially incriminate yourself because moving goalpost rules.
  4. What would’ve happened had Kamala said the election was rigged, and asked for hand recounts in several states, then brought in her own outside agency to conduct the investigations on taxpayer fund, and then stormed the capitol to stop the transition. She would’ve been arrested on top of denied.
  5. But it’s also a gladiator sport, where concussions determine longevity.
  6. Scenario C. Nobody knows shit about fuck since nothing has played out and a lot may change as the season progresses. Arch can’t speak for his grandson about anything until after this season, and this is all a distraction. Win a championship or play for one, and then let’s see what decisions are made. edit: Not dissing anybody, its dullsville till kickoff.
  7. Bill Burr, I know—a comedian, said we’ll need a reverse hitler, but for the good things, to bring it back. And that’s why I don’t think it’ll happen. We just had four years, and still couldn’t come close to undoing everything borked prior. In fact, we couldn’t keep a criminal from being re-elected and brought to justice, despite being given absolute authority to do so.
  8. They already message on these points. It also comes down to her being a black female. That was a pretty big part of Kamala’s platform whether she invited it or not.
  9. GWU just got found antisemetic and/or indifferent to it by the department of justice. It’s in all the news so not linking. Guess there’s only one group that can feel marginalized and threatened. Want to know how to sow more seeds of division among the populace? Only protect one group. GWUs president is lesbian by the way, so she’ll have to go and I imagine there’ll be a big settlement (payoff). edit for spelling bolded.
  10. Status quo got them elected, rich and keeps them in power. Nothing's going to change from them because it's working for them. The new, younger politicians ran on fixing stuff, and battles to win and the older leadership could assist, teach or get out of the way, but instead, they tell them to tone down their rhetoric and wait their turn. If they followed the advice of leadership, they'd have never been elected to begin with, especially since leadership didn't stump for them or want them elected. I could be wrong, but it sure looks like this from the outside, and I'm tired of losing. I recently argued against a faculty scientist that was against Kamala, because he didn't feel like she was properly vetted, and Democrats didn't have much of a choice. Really, wtf? She ran against a literal dipshit criminal, that ran on revenge, with waiting trial dates, and a shitty historic former presidency. It's purity tests like this that are particularly frustrating. Sure, let's do battle for a few months leading up the election, adding fuel to the Republicans and exhausting the public. Politics is now a beating, which is by design. Some interesting excerpts from a Bill Burr interview: “And then their (politicians) job is they stand there and they get yelled at. And then all the fucking people that they're really working for, they fucking, like, you can't make 200 grand a year and your portfolio is worth 60 million bucks. That just doesn't work that way. You just become a money laundering operation, big business. And also, like, well, the idea was that, you know, you try to make government work for people or protect people. And then there's one side that just wants none of that. They just privatize everything.” From WTF with Marc Maron Podcast: Episode 1610 - Bill Burr, Jan 20, 2025 https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/episode-1610-bill-burr/id329875043?i=1000684667484
  11. At this point, a lot of what we're reading seems to be for player retention purposes. If everybody is doing well, potential portalers may wait and see, as will we all.
  12. I was going to guess "chip" is short for shit weasel. Shit nugget will also be accepted.
  13. The iced coffee is a damn fine deal for a buck, before eleven. However, that’ll prob stop due to increasing coffee prices. I get mine unsweetened and use a nondairy creamer at home - insert joke here.
  14. His admission makes them losing so much more delicious.
  15. I really want to see what Lockett does with his opportunities, once he learns the plays. Hell, I can't even get into it with all the sharks in the wr room, but if everybody learns the playbook, it's difficult seeing who is safe outside of a healthy Wingo. Will be fun to see who the ending starters are.
  16. I mean, is he Michael Vickesque on the field in any way? If running is his strength, then they need to highlight that, since he is not a pocket passer. But he will not finish the season as a dual threat, or running qb either. If the pocket sucks, and it will, they'll have to roll it so he can have time or a chance. Either way, they probably need to give snaps to their backup qb, because he's starting some games this season. edited for spelling
  17. If Livingstone's practicing with the 1s, then it's taking away valuable practice and chemistry from other potential wr's. If he's practicing with the 1s, then he's separating himself. If he's catching the ball, he doesn't have to be a burner, just needs to be reliable, and the beneficiary from Wingo's extra coverage. If he maxes out, he'll be surpassed before the end of the season, once teams get film on him and can adjust. I'd be damn happy with a possession receiver that is a 2nd or 3rd read dump off guy. As tight end's go, who is the better blockers of the group? That's what we're going to need early on. Guys that can chip and release or delay the defensive end, and then catch. Everybody want's to catch the ball, few want to dig in and fight the biggest, quickest guys on the defense for four quarters.
  18. National Geographic Dinal Chandeepa · August 7 at 2:02 PM · A female falcon fitted with a GPS tracker embarked on an incredible journey from South Africa to Finland. Averaging around 230 kilometers per day, she flew in a nearly straight line across the African continent until reaching the northern deserts. Rather than flying over the vast Mediterranean Sea, she cleverly followed the Nile River through Sudan and Egypt—likely for easier access to water. She then navigated through Syria and Lebanon, deliberately avoiding the Black Sea as well, knowing she couldn’t drink from it. After 42 days of determined flight, she finally arrived in Finland—completing an extraordinary migration that showcased both instinct and strategy.
  19. A true, red hat American would blame the immigrants and then walk on the bill, or pay what they wanted to, ala Trump.
  20. The same reason we have to destroy the satellite gathering intelligence on global warming that doesn't exist. And once we have brainwashing disguised as education instead of independent thought, then we'll openly demand to drink purified fracking water. Personally, I'd prefer Brawndo in this scenario, but we'll get worse.
  21. Athletes are bigger, stronger, faster and the weaker points or where there’s give, is the connective tissue. It doesn’t require contact, an immediate stop, pivot or cut can create the tear just as well.
  22. They certainly didn’t sound like crumblies when I used to eat them.
  23. When Maryland left the ACC, KU should’ve been all over that as their replacement. But again, nobody wanted them.
  24. Pixies bring it. A lot of fun and not much for chatter.
