  1. Strange that they perceive using NIL as cheating. What looks stranger is when a program with no recent history in the modern world of winning, recruits a top 5 class. Recruits are not committing to a wining culture that’s clearly absent from their hall of champions. But as long as their payment structure is declared within the NIL framework, they’re legal. However, we all know that aggies have a more recent history of lying and cheating, with more probationary records than championships, including conference. And when it’s all said and done, they’ll have to prove it on the field, and that’s where their culture gets expensive.
  2. Yes, right on top of the White House, except his will be bigger. Our president's best skill is the grift, so he sells assets that the taxpayers already owns, but now he directly profits off. Take our national park system for instance--there's no chance they're remaining intact, when they can be sold to mining and timber industries, along with private property, and he can get a cut--after all, it's his idea to sell our assets for the benefit of the taxpayer. When he says king, he also means everything belongs to him. He doesn't really care about the ruling part aside from what he can profit from, and that part which keeps him out of jail.
  3. A good indicator would be all the coins and trinkets (especially the "rump" watch) bearing his image he's hocked.
  4. They're hollow like everything else he produces, but these poles will be the most expensive flag poles the American taxpayer could've ever hoped to pay for. And he wants us all to salute this multiple deferring clown sonofabitch on top of it.
  5. Demasculating them so they can serve rich billionaires like they're gearing up for here isn't a way to live either, as Luigi recently brought to light. As for Israel, they made their bed, and continue to do so.
  6. Honest question--what's the septic system like deep down in a cave labyrinth bunker? I think the required septic system for the Mcrib might draw them above ground. Fire at will or fire in the hole.
  7. Still has to translate to the field and every recruit that is promised a start means that development is null. They have large holes to fill almost everywhere on both sides of the ball. I don't see their roster, outside of rb, as better than last years, but their schedule is going to be more difficult. They'll have to keep everybody that verbally commits and that's going to cost more if they don't have the W's to back it up. If they don't win, then everybody is going to remind recruits daily just how bad the Aggie program is, with the history to prove it.
  8. It's a good thing Israel isn't opening multiple fronts.
  9. We voted for it. We just wanted it to happen to others and not us, which makes us complicit and more than deserving of it happening to us.
  10. Currently getting deported for having brown skin.
  11. Y'all forget, the adults are now in charge. The dipshit, mobster grifters got this, and as we all know, the only people dumber are their followers, and the people they put in charge of everything.
  12. Ambushing workers and people going to court for the right reasons. People that matter, with families. We have these symbols of freedom on full display, that have been coopted by apathy, ignorance, greed and cruelty, in the name of christian nationalism. It's horrifying, an utter abomination of anything decent, or what was American.
  13. That’s what a Russian stooge would’ve pushed.
  14. If we somehow survived this as a species, future historians are going to have to document this time as the Age of Greed and Great Thoughtlessness (Period of AGGT), when a few of the worlds most wealthy decided to take over the planet and their following gave up their rights and personal freedoms in support of a more homogenous, anglo male dominated society. Disease and starvation soon set in after they renounced clean air, water and medical treatment.
  15. Is he? Guess we'll see if the Senate passes his bill with the riots in California and elsewhere as the distraction.

    RIP Brian Wilson

Driving across LA in a van with my dad, little brother and I, Beach Boys blaring, seeing surf boards on top of cars. Everything felt whole. RIP, and thank you for the fantastic memory soundtrack tunes.
  17. I also can’t stand the mf’ers that resign their positions in protest. Thanks a lot for not fighting back, just gave up your position. And then there’s these idiots: Dems need real leaders, not rich people that benefit either way.
  18. Def a grunge sound, like a young L7, and one hook sounded like straight Nirvana. Crowd was into it and they seemed to enjoy playing. I would’ve loved to see them at a place in Baltimore like Holy Frijoles, (think punk night at blue flamingo) metro gallery or Ottobar, where they’d prob love it, but DC9 was a pretty good venue. DC just lacks that artsy trashy combo that I miss. They were good and I’ll see them when they come through again. IMG_4954.mov Edit: Btw, that’s a wood floor so there’s some flex. Edit, Edit: Sound quality blows on my phone. Leaving it in the rain will do that though.
  19. You’re asking groups to do two things—vote for a minority and a female. We’re, as a society, still grappling with each as an issue. I really liked and would have supported any of the dem candidates.
  20. I didn’t know what it was doing there. Basically passed through what I thought was a sobriety checkpoint because everything came down to one lane, the other side was closed off and flashing lights everywhere, but then instead, there’s a tank. For example, here’s a pic my neighbor took of our main road with the train going over it this past weekend: thats for the parade, its on the train, got it. Did a tank come by truck from somewhere else, where they decided to route it down Rhode Island avenue, and then the truck broke down? It’s bizarre.
  21. Passed this coming home from die spitz show on a random block of Rhode Island in DC. Did I miss something?
  22. How it started—found an eagle feather on my evening walk, by the tower where they hang. how it’s going… At Die Spitz.
  23. https://www.2fiftybbq.com They opened a location near where you’re at. Also, I can’t vouch for anything else there, but the fajitas at lauriol plaza are great. I also really like their chips and salsa but it’s near Adams Morgan, so not near you. If you’re on capitol hill, 8th street, I’d recommend Bombay street food, but only that location. Theres a cool market on weekends called eastern market if you’re in the area, right up the street.
  24. Sounds like the newest skateboard/snowboard maneuver.
