FYI, it will be 42 degrees and raining. Just plan for it. Get a nice jacket and embrace it. Kells Irish Pub in Post Alley just up from the market is a cool place to hang out, especially on cold rainy days. And especially if some old guy named Ian or Finn or Conor is playing Irish music inside.
You know, I've thought about marking the male cedars on my lot, then cutting them all down. But when you look at my lot in Google maps, then zoom out, it's like the warehouse at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark. What's 20 trees compared to the rest of the hill country? I do enjoy the smell of cedar burning in a fire pit, though.
I don't know if you tried something already, but it looks much better on my laptop. On my phone the font difference seemed a bit less noticeable last night.
More font talk about thread titles on the forum pages: There's not much difference between the bold text of unread threads, and the regular font of read threads.
Maybe this was mentioned in tech terms I don't understand, but I like having direct links to all the boards at the top and bottom of the page. When I finish reading a baseball thread for example, I like being able to click directly to another board. I can't see how to do that easily in the new version.
