  1. Hell, yeah. Good job fighting off the threats, staff/program backers.
  2. Does the Kentucky NT still have Wisner’s footprints on his chest?
  3. Arizona was shit this year, and I have no idea if they had any decent underclassmen DTs (see comment about being shit) but perhaps Nansen could pull one of his former recruits from that wreckage if he thinks they can play. Regarding 2024 AZ portals, Norton was a solid plug in for us, don’t recall seeing much of Savea ( that’s why you take a few). But I suspect big Polynesian guys from out west will be evaluated/courted.
  4. 8 receptions for Hudson in his freshman season. By god, that’s Johntay Cook’s music!
  5. Like many staffs, our coaches saw something to work with regarding Mbatchou, but geez, it’s going to take a long time and a lot of work to get that kid ready to contribute. If he expects to play early, I think he’ll be disappointed. I don’t like losing a recruit, but not going to lose any sleep over it.
  6. I appreciate Mueller’s thought, the bigger hindrance to it happening is the fact Tulane now hires really good head coaches.
  7. Yeah, I was being a smart ass. But I think Krampus would be a good nickname if the kid comes here.
  8. Krempin is that scary as fuck European Santa Claus, isn’t it? And yeah, Fasusi isn’t going to Oklahoma.
  9. We’re going to need patience for this one. The physical tools are reportedly there, just as raw as could be. Welcome, Joseph!
  10. You sonuvabiscuit, I was planning my brilliant “Portnoy’s Complaint” reply, but did the right thing and read the rest of the thread first. The thought did send me down a Philip Roth rabbit hole, which made me recall just how incredible Ali McGraw was in Goodbye, Columbus. Which takes me back to, “fuck Ryan Day.” The crypto run up may empower/embolden some bros to do more in the NIL space. Not sure if any of Harvard’s endowment makes it to sports, step up Winklevii.
  11. It seems obvious he was a promising prospect in Canada and transferred to a school in Chattanooga to face better competition/get better coaching, and he’s still kicking ass. Hudl even has some videos from middle school, and he’s been a dominant workhorse for a longtime… at the now ripe old age of probably 16. He’s really good, but gonna have a lot of carries logged by the time he gets to college.
  12. I didn’t even hear Herman was fired. With his career trajectory, I guess Michelle’s gonna have to try and throw him from a Spirit Airlines flight instead of a private plane.
  13. What round? Anyone obviously winning?
  14. I’m hearing Baylor for Cook, and by “hearing” I mean I read on a Facebook post from a Baylor $9.95 site that there’s been contact. So, I’m basically an insider.
  15. You literally typed the name “Hand” in your prior post.
  16. I think you guys are being tough on Johntay: he’s actually the most consistent receiver on the team. 2023: 8 receptions 136 yards 2024: 8 receptions 137 yards
  17. Why is Wingo being discussed? Brain fart, and you meant Cook? Because every program would gladly take Wingo, no probably about it.
  18. So, Kellen Wiley, Jr. has long hair while posing for photos in a Texas uniform, but has short hair while at the airport? Neat trick.
  19. The Osmonds say all your hot takes on bad apples are bullshit.
