  1. If Deion Sanders says Zach Evans is a good kid, that’s good enough for me.
  2. CJ has essentially been good at what he does all four years with some incremental improvement each year, accounting for injury. His career trajectory has been different than LJH or DD, who each had a major breakout year (likely partially thanks to defenses also having to account for CJ). I don’t know how BE’s career will play out, but I can and do compare his natural strengths to CJ and they are different. BE could end up better overall for sure, but they are different types.
  3. Maybe. Seem like pretty different types to me. Eagles seems like he has more RAC potential than CJ but doesn’t have the same hands or catch radius. Eagles also seems more durable though.
  4. To Warehime: When you really need to make a good impression, but you have a more urgent need to drop a mega-deuce.
  5. you were probably just thinking of another black guy....
  6. I don’t know... you could say the same about the QB room and he’s pretty good at RB so far...
  7. Georgia may or may not want to be there. Brewer doesn’t know he’s there. I don’t understand why this game is even happening at this point...
  8. If Baylor somehow pulls out a win, the Aggy narrative will be that Baylor got whipped by the Georgia 2nd string but the Georgia 3rd string just wasn’t up to the task.
  9. Georgia is starting to want to be there less now
  10. Baylor’s OL is garbage. If we had played a 4 man front...
  11. Cory Jacques - a walk-on... Do you feel bad for him that he’s trusted his football future to the Coaches, too?
  12. I like seeing both Alabama teams down at the half.
  13. I want the SEC to lose all three today.
  14. LJH and Duvernay each had great last seasons but I wouldn’t name them as players of the decade...
  15. There were times this season when the Defense kept us in and won games when the Offense was much more inept than the defense.
  16. Probably Sam, given the horrible 5ish years of wandering the QB dessert. Although, I think Michael Dickson was more outstanding at his position than any other player I’ve seen at Texas, save VY. The problem is that punters don’t touch the ball enough...
  17. About half the injuries seemed to be DBs trying to make big hits and taking themselves out. That’s more on the defensive coaches teaching technique than on the Strength and Conditioning coach. RBs were also injured, but Whittington had a preexisting condition and Kirk Johnson has been injured for four years. Aside from those, we had three semi freak incidents with DGF’s spinal stenosis, DBs stroke, and Mpagi’s heart condition. That leaves a few hamstring pulls, rolled ankles, and knee injuries, the quantity of which are pretty consistent with the game of football. Not sure what you think McKnight could do differently?
