  2. I just love that a catchers mitt with eyes is trying to tell me how to be healthy.
  3. Are gondolas water tight?
  4. You don’t need a Mossad beeper when you drive a CT
  5. Did you lawyers ever hammer out what the definition of ‘is’ is?
  6. Fox News comments says he was a Lefitst Marxist Communist heretic clown from Argentina who helped guerilla fighters and pushed a radical social agenda…and no that’s not a joke, just an aggregation of a half dozen posts. Dude lived quite a life apparently 🙄
  7. Dude needs to watch Season 4 of The Wire, then go tell David Simon and Ed Burns that they’re full of shit regarding privilege. See how that goes.
  8. Wonder if mascara rattles loose and obscures his vision
  9. He clearly clad his CT using the scrap pile from when his home was built
  10. That was the most ADHD run on sentence I’ve ever seen. I was diagnosed last year on the insistence of my wife, who rightfully called out my apparent inability to finish anything. My current dose is 20mg Adderall x2 daily, and I cut them in half and space them out. When I’m on it, I’m focused and motivated to tackle one thing at a time so they actually get done. Our younger kiddo, who is 8, was mightily struggling in school. My wife deftly navigated the system so the 8yo was screened for services and look at that she’s dyslexic. Saw progress but when teacher noted she struggled with attention, she saw a specialist and is now on Focalin XR at 10mg once daily but skips weekends. The difference is night and day. She’s 98th percentile for height and absolutely crushing it at school, sports and theater. We were both hesitant on going down this road with our daughter, but I feel like the risk profile should be considered unique to each individual and so long as parents consider all information…it’s their choice. Of course RFK is going to empower a whole generation of ADHD experts…helping them append their existing mastery of the stock market, global pandemics, international relations, disaster relief, monetary policy, and economic strategy…do not surprised to see this bubble up again.
  11. Ok so is it ‘rule of law’ or no? Because the lawyers (hint, ‘law’ is in the name) here are explaining how the law works and why it’s not vigilante justice.
  12. Yet Rittenhouse was just an innocent child dreaming of being a paramedic
  13. “DocGPT has analyzed your symptoms and diagnosed you with: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA”
  14. Oh for fuck’s sake…I cannot even imagine the world of hurt dad woulda been in (retired USAF O6) had he done even 1/10th of that OPSEC leak. And I’m not even sure if he had TS anytime in his career, coming up flight nurse…will have to ask but it’s gotta be a court martial at least. SecDef will just drown his sorrows and tomorrow is another day. Fuck
  15. By the time they get to the dealership it’ll be like a Hot Shots carrier landing
  16. It kept me away from here for a few months…and I’m still not engaged as much as I was, particularly in CR as I was closely tracking threads for news. Had to stick my head in the sand because I knew it’d be bad
  17. I figured this was going to happen…you just knew they were going to goad and insult VZ so they can throw around red meat of ‘see, we can’t support this disrespectful guy and he’s obviously negotiating in bad faith…guess we are forced to go direct with Russia’. Just fuckin awful, and like those cheering the idea of shutting down these foreign aid programs…will have long term, far reaching consequences that damage US power projection
  18. Opening credits looked incredible in 4k, and feel like they did a pretty good job with ‘show, don’t tell’ for a season opener to establish quickly…pet peeve of mine is lazy writing via blatant cop outs like expository dialog or a character listening to KPLOT radio.
  19. Well yeah she (apparently) chose to have a kid with him, or chose to ignore the following educational video in grade school
  20. Ain’t that the truth. My take on being a good parent is balance and adaptive thinking. A kiddo raised to be a robotic math god is likely to freeze up solving problems outside their narrowly focused upbringing or have severe emotional issues…look at someone like Tiger. Too much free range, “let the kid find their own spirit guide, man” fails to prepare them for being a productive member of society. Of course, abandonment fuels 20-something’s with daddy issues and I’m sure half of the world approves of that. That being said, the focus on STEM in primary education is (and has been) awful for decades. Math is the language of the universe and we do a shit job preparing our kids in public education. Now…what organization is trying to shut down the Dept of Education, whitewash history and gut public education for private Christian academy vouchers?
