  1. Is that why three of my Indian friends bought huge houses once they got their first stateside job…5 bedrooms filled with 2 mattresses, an OLED 80” TV and a folding card table? I figured it was for the expected kids and grandma/grandpa moving in sometime in the future.
  2. Damnit pan the camera over…I want to see hail going in the window of your stepsons Z
  3. Weather channel app is backing off the ZOMG red-dot hours and now Wunderground saying like 65% chance of rain…did something change in the models?
  4. Or shoving something up its ass. Either one seems bad to me
  5. I mean…yeah it’s another law that’ll be difficult/impossible to enforce, but it’s better than nothing. Not sure what else they can do about that. I’m curious if commercial providers are exempt though. I live on a corner lot in suburbia, and most folks (myself included) pay for a yard service…which means just about any hour of the day I can hear yard work. Having a law like that would hopefully force the commercial crews to switch to electric, though I’m sure it’s a bit of hardship to either switch equipment or give them a means to keep enough batteries/charging on hand for a 12-hour day.
  6. My post also said his sentence was bullshit
  7. Nice of them to sneak Woke in there…overused so much as a pointless label it’s lost any gravity, like ANTIFA. But is Mullet Free so of course the Post is cited. The story of how cops refused to do real detective work, forcing the women to band together and actually identify the sack of shit is quite a good story…and surely makes Nicole gush like Niagara Falls: https://www.kxan.com/news/like-im-just-your-prey-survivor-pushes-for-victim-rights-after-attacker-gets-probation-sentence/amp/ Obviously 10 years probation and sex offender label/education is bullshit, especially as he broke her leg…but trying to spin this as woke is stupid.
  8. I thought this thread had peaked with IMissWallyPryor…but then LonghornLove walk up music!!
  9. Well not to mention it’s The Spectator…so of course it’s spun
  10. This has got to be your shortest post ever
  11. It’s as high as he can count
  12. Wife and I fuckin loved this show. Sad we just finished it. Take some gummies, laugh at the clever humor and stay invested in all the characters through their trials…kinda the opposite of Yellowstones trajectory. Harrison Ford especially was written to play to his strengths, but everyone is believable with people like Liz’s husband a standout. Hopefully the magic doesn’t taper off ala Ted Lasso in S2.
  13. We saw it yesterday…on a side note holy shit Alamo food has gone downhill and up in price, at least it was awful yesterday. Oh well they had Pecan Porter. Good family movie…kids enjoyed the ride, I caught all the throwback references and any movie that’s under 2 hours gets my respect (have a burning hatred for overly long movies with too much filler). As far as movies I’ve caught with wife/kids in tow, well executed and entertaining enough. The music was where I caught the nostalgia hard though. Stuff from SNES Mario will always get my attention. It was all worked artfully into the overall score and didn’t blare out ‘and now something for you old folks who remember music from a game 30 years old!’
  14. Because she needs to look like the obedient, submissive retired housewife to deal with the overblown, misogynistic egos of the men she serves?
  15. Then you just install some simple piping
  16. Sell it to dumbasses as Raw Water
