I grew up late 80's in a farming community in West Texas. In the summer I had a job at the only convenience store for about 30 miles. One day a smaller car with OK tags pulled up to the gas pump. The passenger got out and came in and started looking around while wanting to talk. I thought it was strange at the time. His buddy finished up with the gas and walked in. It was summer and they both had on military type jackets and black military boots. They bought a few things and started walking out. As they opened the door the passenger turned to me and do you know where we can get some fertilizer. I remember saying something like the kind in a bag for the grass? He said no like the liquid you use for farming. I then said go back to the flashing light and turn right. It's about 10 miles out there on the left. As I watched them pull out I was thinking no way those guys are farmers. Never thought about that again until a few days after the bombing. The first time the news showed Nichol pic I almost vomited. He was the passenger of that car looking for the fertilizer.
