  1. I have turned so many people on to this guy and no one has ever heard of him before. they may have seen him in some movies or TV series like Genius where he played young Einstein. Born in south Africa and lives in England. First heard him when watching the TV show Detectorists. He wrote and performed the theme song. He is just a musical genius, writes all his own music, mainly folk and is a talented actor as well. Usually writes music for all the movies he is in. Here are a couple of clips of some tunes, such a great voice and deep lyrics. He is so humble and unassuming, just he and his resonating guitar tied to his shoulder strap with a string. Performs with a number of other artists like Mumford and Sons. Hope you enjoy his music as much as i do. Theme song for Detectorists With recording artist Laura Marling With his sister who is also a recording artist
  2. Mind blown
  3. Just finished first round of couples best ball at my club. I shot a 77 and g/f shot a 97. She’s a 24 and I’m a 6.8. 8 pars in a row to start then missed. 2 foot par putt for 1 over on front. Three inches away from three birdies ugh. Had a double on the back when I pushed a 3 wood into the lake, had to redrop on tee box, ended up with double. Only had one birdie, couldn’t buy a putt. Only missed two fairways and hit 14 greens. Pretty solid. Girlfriend made a birdie on a par five and got two strokes as well for three strokes on one hole!
  4. So many memories, parking on some streets out in the boonies which would later be warehouses. We called them backstreets, get some beer from a beer store across the tracks where they didn’t check ID’s. Open the trunk and blast this album singing every word
  5. This FB sloot I’m friends with made me tear up with her heartwarming Memorial Day tribute to our fallen soldiers by letting her enormous jugs fall out of her bikini top...
  6. Girlfriend just told me and I responded with “raindrops keep fallin’ now I’m dead”. Got a great eye roll...
  7. Who is this sawed off fucking ref who keeps calling these bullshit fouls?
  8. And the hits just keep on coming, lulz https://www.instagram.com/p/CPXPECRiKTd/?utm_medium=copy_link
  9. I don’t think some players even have to dribble anymore. Leonard walked so badly it was comical...why I don’t watch much nba anymore
  10. I didn’t know the ok state football crew could ref the NBA as well
  11. This fucker was trying to get in my attic and I called him out to meet me in my back yard. He bowed up and I just kicked him over the fence into my neighbors pool. The last thing I told him, before I literally kicked his ass, was to go tell all his rat friends to stay the fuck out of my yard. Stupid fancy tailed rat...
  12. Watched that over the weekend. Man they had some gay man live action that was out of control. I think they could have toned that part back just a bit.
  13. Keopka is basically Baker Mayfield. Always thinking he is disrespected, as thin skinned an athlete as I’ve ever seen. If you even intimate something negative about him he will put you on blast on social media. It’s a shame to be that good yet you have such a giant chip in your shoulder that you can’t even stay happy because you take everything so personally.
  14. This guy, Howard Gee, was a co-developer of Catlinbread Guitar pedals. When the owner and his best friend was killed by a tree falling on him Howard just left the company broken hearted and hardly does anything anymore. Anyway, he demoed all their pedals for them and would make videos using them at home or at friends house and I think they may be the best rock guitarist I’ve come across on YouTube. I think he is better than Andy at Reverb.com. His version of Since I’ve Been Loving You from Zep, unreal
  15. Attention guitar slingers, can you guess what song this riff is from? You win a big box of nothing along with my love...
  16. Balionas aka talking head, please let Phil finish his sentences before you interrupt with your inane questions, Jesus H
  17. Said this exact same thing last night. Seen the first five episodes of new season. Just like the man in the High Castle. The premise is the interesting part, how did the Nazi’s and Japan end up wining WWII? How did Gilead defeat the US? What technology allowed them to do this? That is what I want to see. What I don’t want to see is any more angst from June’s husband or her best friends love life in Canada
  18. Was listening to Blondie and holy cow Clem Burke goes off on the drums in this tune. Looks like a blast playing this song.
  19. We don’t disagree
  20. Kate Pierson & Cindy Wilson on the night of the first B-52′s gig at CBGB, June 1st, 1978, as documented by Bobby Grossman.
  21. Dave Mason commenting on this pic of he and Paul McCartney backstage at a small venue in New Orleans in 1975. “In February 1975 I was playing at a great old venue called the Warehouse down in New Orleans. Denny Laine and Jimmy McCulloch from Wings came to my show and after the gig, told me to come over to Allen Toussaint's Sea-Saint studios the next day. Thankfully, I had a day off. Paul McCartney was there recording what would become the album "Venus and Mars". We had a great time. I always loved hanging with Denny, a favorite of mine since I first heard him sing “Go Now” when he was with The Moody Blues. The rest of the band was great, and what can you say about Paul McCartney? Of all the musicians of my generation, for me he’s really the most untouchable. Just the best. So I wound up playing guitar on “Listen to What the Man Said,” released on this day in 1975, and wouldn’t you know, it went on to become a #1 record. Here we are working on the song (and that's Denny at left, adding some percussion). While the Warehouse and Sea-Saint are gone (along with Jimmy), Paul, Denny and I are still here, still making music and still believing in the power of rock-and-roll. And if I’ve learned anything...if Paul McCartney ever asks you play on something, you simply listen to what the man says…”
