Ewers, Ehlinger, Ash, Colt, VY... They all seemed to know what to do under pressure... The made the right choices in game. Manning is in the group that is talented in some form, but fails at execution of the position when there is pressure. Manning's issues are all mental. He misses wide open receivers more often than allowable. He eats sacks when the throw away is there. He throws to receivers late because has to see them open... Which is also where the bad ints come from. He may be good in 5 years, but right now, he is not as good as a bunch of QBs in cfb.
