  1. Oh, and the pass to Helm was poorly thrown, but catchable. If a receiver can touch it, it's catchable. It can be both. Just like both of y'all some hoes.
  2. Ok. Now we're talking. What I've noticed is defenses are willing to take a chance with our crazy running game where we ask the C or G to pull and reach a LB that is way faster and has seen film, so isn't guessing. We miss a lot of blocks. The running game is good enough, but not consistent enough, for teams to have to commit to it. Similarly, the deep ball game is not consistent at all unless a player is WIDE TF OPEN. So teams try to eliminate wide open free receivers deep. Where does Quinn operate best? Medium range, so put 5 players in the middle and try to decrease his effectiveness there. If nothing else, defenses are trying to force perfection (or, at least, hope the offense makes a mistake before the defense does.) Minimize the potential of the weapons.
  3. Carson Beck had been exposing himself weekly... Not like that.
  4. I see it differently... Even when he can't hit the deep ball, the only thing that really makes him struggle is pressure. We will see soon.
  5. Is Arch seasoned? Even if he played 3 or 4 more games, he's not that, yet. I suspect he will be.
  6. Quinn gives us zero chance to win anything. He handcuffs this offense to no end. There's nothing to lose rolling with Arch. Quinn has wasted so much WR talent here. You mean the guy that almost got is there last year?
  7. Arkansas decided to go away from him in the 2nd half. That was their adjustment.
  8. Think about it like this, since college, people have doubted what their eyes have told them about deion and football. Maybe he can't run an actual school, but his record when it comes to anything related to the game of football, he's been pretty damn good.
  9. Lol, yes. Watching the game my outburst was, "yeah, dumbass a fucking pop pass. Untouched. You got another year, so I guess you figure you don't need a Safety or LB in the middle of the field." To which my buddy says, "$26 Million."
  10. Dana White called him, "The Mighty and Powerful Joe Rogan," and he was not just being friendly. They know who their audience is.
  11. Slacks Did. Slacks is a believer. "Remove the name, watch the game." Coach Sanders knows football, football players, and promotion. He is a de facto AD that was also the best cover corner ever, and played against and with the best players ever. And he knows how to motivate players and hold them accountable. Shadeur Sanders can QB, and I've been saying that on this thread. " Travis Hunter is the Most Outstanding Player in CFB, and we would (maybe) sacrifice a baby cow to have him at Texas. Not being liked has dick all to do with football. And they aren't playing unbeatable juggernauts like... (Checks notes) Indiana, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss. Or Georgia Tech. So, yeah, 7-2 isn't crazy. They could also lose a game. And with their OL, they could still end the season at 7-5. If they had an OL, which is difficult to slap together in the portal, they have enough respect to walk through the Big12.
  12. He knows. Billions of dollars are telling him how to maneuver.
  13. Is it worth me tracking down a way to watch this one?
  14. I didn't think he's right, either. But I have family in Greens point, so...
