  1. Could you be anymore of a pussy? Just name one of your “plenty of examples”.
  2. Just dropped off a ballot in AZ. Had to walk through a phalanx of Trump supporters tailgating the parking with flags flying. Fucking sad and pathetic.
  3. He’ll make a mint off of this by hitting the grifter circuit claiming he was “cancelled”.
  4. This tracks with my decidedly unscientific visit to my small, very red hometown in the Kansas Meth Belt a couple of weeks ago. I was very surprised by the lack of enthusiasm for Trump compared to 4 and 8 years ago. He’ll win because of the inertia of life long republicans and the poisoning of the mind against Dems that Fox News has perpetuated in the dominant older population (anybody with ambition/ability leaves and doesn’t come back). Saw more Harris signs than I’ve ever seen for a Dem (including Obama).
  5. Anderson Cooper: “Thanks for joining us Charlamange, and now let’s turn to Scott Jennings. Scott, Donald Trump continues to question VP Harris’s ethnicity, how much do you think the ambiguity around her race is hurting her campaign and why do you think she continues to avoid presenting to voters a plan to deal with? Please take as much time as you need to answer by quoting today’s Republican talking points and I’ll be sure not to correct any falsehoods you may say.”
  6. Don’t forget farm subsidies. Farmers are the biggest welfare queens out there. (More than $30 billion per year).
  7. Multiple campaign events/rallies each day (primarily swing states) plus interviews. He was on Rich Eisen this week, Smartless the week before, the View next week
  8. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/sep/20/israeli-soldiers-filmed-pushing-bodies-of-palestinians-off-west-bank-roof Don’t worry, the IDF is investigating. I’m sure they’ll get to the bottom of it.
  9. This “undecided” women choosing Trump had a whole speech prepared.
  10. Jake Tapper just said he’s trying to “jerk store” his answers.
  11. Fuck Maggie Haberman, she’s complicit in the tragedy that is Trump
  12. Since your dropping knowledge I’ll jump in with my trip (Golf is #1 priority then Castles and Drinking/eating) and appreciate any recommendations: 1st week in September Day 1: arrive Edinburgh (Castle, Royal Mile, etc) Day 2: Pick up rental car, golf at Elie, explore East Neuk, Stay in AirBnB in St. Andrews. Day 3-5: Golf in St. Andrews (18 per Day) plus explore St. Andrews and Fife(Kingsbarns Distillery) Day 6: Stirling (Castle, William Wallace, Bannockburn) and move to Gullane AirBnB, Day 7: Golf at Gullane and possible soccer match (depending on upcoming draw) Day 8: Golf at North Berwick and Glenkitchie Distillery Day 9: Golf at Old Musselburgh and back to Edinburgh Day 10: Fly out I could drop a day of golf IF there was a day trip that was very worthwhile (highlands, Cairngorms) but it feels like I’d need to do a second trip to really do that justice. Thanks for any tips!

  16. Yep, they already have enough signatures to put it (referendum) on the November ballot and will keep going. Should really help Gallegos and Biden x
  17. If true…..awesome job by our “allies”. Really getting our money’s worth.
  18. That’s a trial balloon that didn’t work.
  19. Israel Announces Largest West Bank Land Seizure Since 1993 https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2024/03/22/israel-largest-west-bank-settlement-blinken-visit/ I’m sure they need it for security.
  20. They’re not? President Biden in his SOTU seemed to imply they are.
  21. “Israel claims it no longer occupies the Gaza Strip, maintaining that it is neither a State nor a territory occupied or controlled by Israel, but rather it has 'sui generis' status. Pursuant to the Disengagement Plan, Israel dismantled all military institutions and settlements in Gaza and there is no longer a permanent Israeli military or civilian presence in the territory. However, the Plan also provided that Israel will guard and monitor the external land perimeter of the Gaza Strip, will continue to maintain exclusive authority in Gaza air space, and will continue to exercise security activity in the sea off the coast of the Gaza Strip as well as maintaining an Israeli military presence on the Egyptian-Gaza border, and reserving the right to reenter Gaza at will. Israel continues to control six of Gaza's seven land crossings, its maritime borders and airspace and the movement of goods and persons in and out of the territory. Egypt controls one of Gaza's land crossings. Gaza is also dependent on Israel for water, electricity, telecommunications and other utilities, currency, issuing IDs, and permits to enter and leave the territory. Israel also has sole control of the Palestinian Population Registry through which the Israeli Army regulates who is classified as a Palestinian and who is a Gazan or West Banker. Since 2000 aside from a limited number of exceptions Israel has refused to add people to the Palestinian Population Registry. It is this direct external control over Gaza and indirect control over life within Gaza that has led the United Nations, the UN General Assembly, the UN Fact Finding Mission to Gaza, International human rights organisations, US Government websites, the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and a significant number of legal commentators, to reject the argument that Gaza is no longer occupied”. - Sanger, Andrew (2011). "The Contemporary Law of Blockade and the Gaza Freedom Flotilla". In M.N. Schmitt; Louise Arimatsu; Tim McCormack (eds.). Yearbook of International Humanitarian Law - 2010. Vol. 13. Springer Science & Business Media. p. 429
