  1. I always thought that only pro wrestling was rigged!
  2. 150 pull is the way. Those gubmint temperature guidelines ruin lots of meat. This article explains it. (TLDR - if the turkey is at 165 for 1 second it is unlikely to have any bad bugs in it. Alternatively, if it is at 150 for three minutes or so, it is equally unlikely to have any bad bugs in it.) https://www.seriouseats.com/how-to-take-the-temperature-of-your-turkey-video
  3. I have a boneless, skinless one that I smoked over oak today. It is resting and getting bathed in butter per the Aaron Franklin recipe in "Barbecue Manifesto" -- never many leftovers when that is on the Thanksgiving table.

    Westlake or Steiner Ranch store?
  5. Mature 10 pt. taken at my place in Schleicher County this weekend.
  6. I did the sponsor thing this year and was not shy about inviting my friends to stop by. Pretty sure that my sponsorship was a Surly Horns profit. I always asked them to to put some $ in the jar for the tight ends!
  7. Immamac doing a lot of work in the background of that vid. KFC at tailgate today is genius!
  8. Avoiding carbs these days, but put a Conan's whole wheat Savage with anchovies and japs in front of me -- there is no telling what I might do.
  9. Or maybe they could use CNG-powered buses that cost less, weigh less (don't tear up roads), have greater range, and have way less emissions than diesel?
  10. Those oysters look amazing. Nice work!
  11. Hamura Saiman is a must. Duke's calamari must have crack in it. So great!
  12. The bride bought us a dozen of the spicy Mi Tienda pork tamales. They did not last long. Good stuff!
