  1. This is way, way, way too deep, too insightful and too filled with wisdom to be understood let alone embraced by the Surlytians, especially since 99% of them are drunk right now on whiskey and aggy tears.
  2. The Eiffel Tower? BAH It's just a lamp post with a good PR agent.
  3. FROM FRIGID NORTH DALLAS JUST HOME FROM THE PARK DE WOOFS! TEXAS !!!
  4. With Thanksgiving upon us, sometimes it is so difficult to count our blessings ... https://adadsjourneywitheatingdisorders.home.blog/2025/11/26/the-quiet-blessings-of-thanksgiving/
  5. The ocean... the waves... the sounds, all sensations. There is almost a perfection there. More than 5 years ago I wrote this article ... and it helped me just ... feel. https://adadsjourneywitheatingdisorders.home.blog/2020/01/07/whisper-their-name/
  6. and Feed 'em Fishheads!
  7. Mighty bold talk from an institution whose only national championship is closer in time to the start of the Civil War and the same year Adolph marched into Poland.
  8. OH for Fuck's Sake!!!! The only person even remotely close to Coach Potato was the Captain of the Titanic! Statistically the worst coach in Texas history? Coach Potato. Good Lord the carbon monoxide poisoning in this dude's mama's basement must be spiking.
  9. I am plagiarizing part of this paragraph in an article I am releasing on Monday. Hope that is ok. If it is not ok, Imma doin' it anyway. Seriously though, very good insight on that topic.
  10. Briefly, here is the law in Louisiana regarding sovereign immunity: §10. Suits Against the State Section 10.(A) No Immunity in Contract and Tort. Neither the state, a state agency, nor a political subdivision shall be immune from suit and liability in contract or for injury to person or property. (B) Waiver in Other Suits. The legislature may authorize other suits against the state, a state agency, or a political subdivision. A measure authorizing suit shall waive immunity from suit and liability. (C) Limitations; Procedure; Judgments. Notwithstanding Paragraph (A) or (B) or any other provision of this constitution, the legislature by law may limit or provide for the extent of liability of the state, a state agency, or a political subdivision in all cases, including the circumstances giving rise to liability and the kinds and amounts of recoverable damages. It shall provide a procedure for suits against the state, a state agency, or a political subdivision and provide for the effect of a judgment, but no public property or public funds shall be subject to seizure. The legislature may provide that such limitations, procedures, and effects of judgments shall be applicable to existing as well as future claims. No judgment against the state, a state agency, or a political subdivision shall be exigible, payable, or paid except from funds appropriated therefor by the legislature or by the political subdivision against which the judgment is rendered. So, let's suppose when Kelly prevails for the entire amount plus attorney's fees, how to collect it? He can't lien nor foreclose upon any property owned by the state or its agencies (Like LSU). Would his mouthpieces then be forced to lobby the state's legislature for an appropriation bill to fund the judgment? Is LSU dumb enough to go that far? Then again, Governor Kingfisher Jr. is involved so who knows?
  11. Since 2020 in non-conference games, (including next year) we have played, amongst other teams, UTEP, Texas State, Louisiana, Rice, Wyoming, Louisiana-Monroe, San Jose State, Sam Houston. Whoever the chowderhead was who said we could not schedule UNLV (which is comparable competition) in a one off game in Vegas to allow our fanbase to defile itself in every way possible is loony tunes. Bring on sin and debauchery!
