  1. Yep... there is a reason why Trent Dilfer, Brad Johnson, and late-stage Peyton Manning have Super Bowl wins as starting QBs.
  2. It's a fun game, but I don't get how people who did not attend either of these academies develop a rooting interest for one side over the other. I did 20+ in the canoe club, and I don't care which side wins.
  3. Oh... I am familiar.
  4. Relaxed is the antithesis of aggy. Instead of a collie, a more appropriate mascot would be a jittery chihuahua that barks and nips impotently at bigger dogs and gets carried around in maroon Dooney & Burke purse by an overweight 45 yr-old woman with a " Proud Aggie Mom" t-shirt.
  5. A point I made several times.
  6. One of my clients is based in Brentwood, TN. Lots of Vol fans. To a man, they are all rooting for Texas tomorrow because they think a UGA loss will let Tennessee jump ahead into a hosting slot. They do NOT want to go to Happy Valley in December. Funny, because all of the talk so far from them this year is the standard "Texas didn't play a real SEC schedule this season." Now they are all on board for Texas to help them out.
  7. Not a creature was stirring…
  8. It's both... so far we've been given a lot of backstory leading up to the events of "The Wizard of Oz" and that will continue for most of part two, so that is all prequel. Towards the end of part two, we will get a story concurrent with the events of TWOZ from a different perspective. There are years and years between the end of part one and TWOZ.
  9. Yeah... yeah, quoted myself but it was too late to edit my spoiler above.
  10. The second half of the live musical has always felt rushed to me. I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with it with more time.
  11. Been watching a lot of this guy lately. He has a gift for explaining physics in a very approachable and intuitive way. He also does it with joy and fascination which is very engaging.
  12. If Memphis had a facility, it would be a good choice. And it's a bit shocking (not really) to see the dearth of actual civilization in Mississippi. I actually lived in Ocean Springs for a couple of years and didn't really get a sense of it due to proximity to New Orleans.
  13. Wicked was the first musical I ever saw on Broadway and pretty much set the tone for my expectations of Broadway productions. Have seen it live in two other cities since. It’s my favorite musical. I was a little concerned that they would try to get too cute with it and overdo the effects with the Hollywood version. I thought it was just about perfect. The little bit of connective tissue they added to the story worked well. I thought all of the performances were great even if Goldblum’s absent-minded weirdo schtick is a bit played out.
  14. Smelling like the rose that somebody gave him on his birthday deathbed.
  15. aggy watching tonight until that last play:
  16. From Plantersville on a beautiful morning…
  17. I don’t watch a ton of NFL. That last play is why.
  18. Click on it and the graphic is much higher resolution.
  19. Every time period aggy chooses must include the golden age of 1984-1994 with no acknowledgement of documented and sanctioned NCAA violations in nearly every year of that decade plus.
  20. Shouldn’t we change the title to “double-handedly” now?
