  1. Yep, property owners and employers can say absolutely no guns, hence the 30.05 code. However, is there a code yet that says if you have a LTC you are good, but absence of a LTC permit you are not allowed to carry? Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
  2. Looks like 30.05 is saying no firearms, regardless of LTC or not. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
  3. Can a business or employer restrict you from carrying concealed, unless you have a LTC? Basically, okay to carry if you have your LTC but if not no-no. Is there a sign like the 30.06 that is specific to this?
  4. Nothing because they will be so hungover they won't get out of bed to hunt the next morning. Now, the evening shoots could get interesting. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

Went by there at 11:15 and line was out the door and down the sidewalk. Took him to Blue Goose and had a margarita lunch instead. May go on Friday when we aren't pressed for time. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

Taking my new VP of sales to Hutchins today since he's from Philadelphia. Hopefully the reopening isn't going to be too packed. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
  9. @markstanco can't forget about keeping ahead of the beavers. Trying to get the water off the upper deer land and just in the wetland.
  10. What is it about garlic powder that is off putting to you? Typically, I'll go with just the S&P route but every now and then I'll go with the SPOG salt, pepper, onion, garlic rub. When I do, I use worcestershire as the binder and go heavy on the onion powder first.
  11. It's taken a few years to figure out the food plot game. 1. Don't plant too early. I've tried and typically nothing germinated due to not enough rain or it germinated and died. 2. The types of seed I plant are fast growers so typically going into late Sept. or early Oct. has been ideal to plant. 3. Get a soil test to see if you need to add any ammendment. 4. I use a mix of Oats, Rye, Wheat and Peas. 5. Spray 2-4D to kill the grass and weeds. 6. Once dead, I do a little till to get more dirt exposed. I don't go very deep with the disc. You can go with the no till route, just up to you. 7. Try to plant right before a rain. 8. About a month after planting, top off with fertilizer to keep things going into winter. If you have a bunch of pigs, good luck keeping them from tearing it up. Here are some pics of this past year's plot.
  12. If you remember, in his rookie training camp with the Cowboys he decides to up and leave to go back home in Texas. It took Jerry Jones to go retrieve him to have him come back to camp.

I got the "come on in, no line" email just after noon. Seems unless you want their specialty item, you can get there around 12:30-1:00 and not have much of a line to stand in.
  16. That's just damn good eating right there.
  17. @Gil Bang the train trip sounds cool. I'm going to SD next weekend to celebrate 25th year anniversary before a conference I have to attend in Carlsbad. Where do you catch the train at?
  18. Looks good. Just so you know, you don't have to cook them separately when you want to make burnt ends. Cook the full packer and when the flat is done, separate the point from it. If I'm going that route, I will usually trim the fat between the two before smoking so it is easier to handle and come apart when it is hot.
  19. You should go by feel. When poking the point with a thermometer it should slide in with absolutely NO resistance. Temp will probably be around 200. You take it out, cube it into 1" squares, place in pan with bbq sauce, stir and place back into the smoker for about 30 minutes. Enough for the sauce to set and the exposed sides where you cut to firm up. Then go place in a cooler. I've never put it in a cooler and then make it into burnt ends later.
  20. Can't wait for the movie now that we've seen the story board.
  21. Did you get an interior room? Ours has been with a balcony, which makes the room seem bigger. Plus it has a little seating area between the bathroom and bed. We were on Harmony of the Seas.
  22. We have enjoyed Royal Caribbean line.
  23. Undefeated and all that shit...
