  1. Nope, but got to beat out the damn beavers and nutria rats.
  2. Garden is going to expand from one raised and one in-ground to one large raised bed. I use the Ruth Stout style and I've got a bunch of used goat hay composting getting ready to be used this spring. Will be doing the usual of peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers for slicing and pickling, strawberries, beans and okra.
  3. That's a wrap Another season in the books. Overall a pretty good season. Letting the wetlands rest between hunts was key since there weren't many cold fronts pushing in new birds. Took kids out today, like we do each year. My oldest wasn't feeling good so he slept in. The others had a good time. Scratched out 4 this morning before having to leave to get ready for an event this afternoon.
  4. Good hunt this morning. Lots of ducks around. 4 man limit in short order. Taking the kids out tomorrow to end the season.
  5. I'm sure those Chili dogs would make for an interesting "after dinner date" night.
  6. I did come across this place that seems interesting and has good reviews. Caribbean inspired - https://www.sisserousrestaurant.com/
  7. Will be at a conference with my wife next month on Valentine's Day weekend. Never been to Tulsa, so looking for suggestions on a place to make reservations for a date night. Doesn't need to be a fancy-smancy place, just somewhere that has good food and atmosphere.
  8. Saw one on TBH for old Mexico at a steal of $12,500.
  9. Well shit, terrible news. Restaurant biz is tough and you need some very good capital to keep things going for the first 3-5 years. After that is typically when the business becomes profitable. Let us know where you land throwing around your meat.
  10. Man that sucks. Probably running at night and fell down into it.
  11. Yep, that's me.
  12. Got my euro mount back today. College kid does this on the side and I think it came out nice.
  13. Another good morning in the wetlands.
  14. Gloria's or Uncle Julio's are right there to get that Mexican food fix.
  15. Yep, that's where I saw it. Love Jomboy's breakdown videos.
  16. You want to have it pretty clean starting out as to not have spot where oil isn't being absorbed into the metal. Make sure to leave a light coat of oil on the griddle after it turned off to be ready for the next cook and to protect it from rust.
  17. Probably just some kids playing hot potato with a hand grenade.
  18. No, that would be assassination.
  19. You think they needed this to justify their nuclear program? They are going to do what the hell ever they want to do. Iran is a by a dictator. Dictators do what they want, when they want. They have no respect for Americans or American authority so that little piece of paper that has "we promise not to build nuclear weapons" is what they wipe their ass with.
  20. Smoke 'em if you got 'em
  21. I wonder exactly how does Iraq feel about Iran shooting missiles into their Country, regardless of its target?
  22. Iran is jacking with my stock market. You touch my stock market and I kill you.
  23. You don't have to go to that extreme. I typically use a scraper to get anything sticking and excess old oil, then use a wet cloth while the griddle is still hot to rub down. Apply more oil, rub it down and let it cool. Basically treat it like you would a cast iron skillet.
  24. If it is sticky in some places or not oiled up well, it may be time to reseason. I will do mine again when it gets warmer outside. Here is also how to clean it after use.
