Texas vs. ou - 2:30pm on ABC
I just love OU spending a year searching for a QB that could beat us and that QB that they brought in was the instrument of their downfall today. 3 FGs in 2 years. And they have @ South Carolina, Ole Miss, @ Tennessee, @ Alabama, Mizzou, and LSU. Inject this shit in my veins if they go 0-6 the rest of the way.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms HBO Max
That was a fake dragon in what looked to be a carnival tent. This should be the time where dragons no longer exist.

One Battle After Another, the next Paul Thomas Anderson film
Saw it last night and really enjoyed it. I don't think it blew me quite as away as others. Perhaps some of the darkness of the movie felt too real. The point where Lockjaw comes for Bob and Willa is tremendous. The entire sequence with Sergio and his underground railroad is incredible. The portion in Borrego Springs is some of the best cinematography I've seen in quite a while. I'm bitter I didn't go see it in IMAX 70MM but we just couldn't make it work. I need to take in the 3 episodes of the Big Picture on it.

Heat 2
You want it to get made? You want some deep pockets that will let Mann do his thing and not penny pinch like WB? Then it's him or Netflix. Michael Mann cannot be enshitffied unless he does it himself.

UCLA's return to dominance no longer featuring DeShaun Foster
Same. It was great to see a team have some hope like that and then hold on to win against an opponent no one thought they had a chance against.

Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
Coaxing staff? Do they handle coaxial cabling needs for the team?

This is who Steve Sarkisian is.
I'm worried this year is going to have a snowball effect because if you're Dia Bell, why is this a good option for you in 2026? We've fallen off a cliff compared to last year and it feels like Sark does not have a clue on how to fix it. We have absolutely none of the creativity of past seasons. Sark's ability to develop QBs is in serious question.

2025 Random Games thread
This triggered me because we saw this same thing with the same guy when we played UCLA with Charlie Strong at JerryWorld.

Texas vs. Florida- 2:30pm on ESPN
Who knows. Maybe he just doesn't have it. Peyton couldn't beat Florida. Eli could. No one would sniff at taking Peyton. Maybe they're just made of sterner stuff than Arch. I don't only blame him. This OL is about as bad as we've seen and that's f'ing criminal. Same with the running game. He is getting no help out there. Flood needs to fuck off to somewhere else. How many penalties did his OL contribute today? How many drives did they help kill? We're basically asking Arch to be 2009 Colt McCoy in his first year as the starter. It's not surprising that it is overwhelming to him. It is a fundamental failure of the coaching staff.

Texas vs. Florida- 2:30pm on ESPN
Nah, let's be honest. It was his name and that he played against completely inferior opponents. He may get there some day but he's not the talent he was claimed to be. He self sacks almost as bad as Ewers. He makes terrible choices when pressed. He shows flashes but the majority is just mediocrity. He is probably a great QB when the competition is subpar like Sam Houston State. I guess we'll see how he does against OU but I suspect he'll crater under the pressure which OU will bring plenty of.

Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
I take solis in the fact that Quinn would get destroyed behind this OL with our shitty running backs and piss poor wide receivers. We're going to look back on the Washington and Ohio State playoff games as the ultimate what could've been and the best chances we might have in a decade to even be close to a championship. We couldn't be further away from that team from last year right now.

Texas vs. Florida- 2:30pm on ESPN
I don't mean to be hyperbolic but I am having a hard time coming up with a worse Texas running game in recent memory. Maybe back to the Colt years when he was the running game. I get that it's not just Wisner but holy shit if it's not working, try someone else at the position. This OL is also one of the worst I can remember. Just utter dogshit both mentally and physically. Two straight false starts by the same fucking guy? There is so much wrong with this that we're hard pressed to even beat OU with their backup that we beat handily last year.

Texas vs. Florida- 2:30pm on ESPN
I didnāt have the defense being the main reason we wouldāve lost today but here we are. That doesnāt excuse the utter shitfest that is our offense. I donāt understand how we canāt run the ball at all. I guess itās our possibly worst OL in Texas history. Weāre lucky Mateer isnāt playing next week. Itās still a game weāre probably going to lose. This season might be an utter failure for Sark.
