  1. Thank you for knowing that. OU was held like a mfer and it's great.
  2. I'd say take the points here but this may be South Carolina's only trip to the redzone today. There you go! Broken play but it worked.
  3. Maybe try throwing the ball?
  4. What a stupid review.
  5. Finally watched Hereditary. What a wild ride that last act was. mdleast sold it to me as having the most audible dread in any movie he's watched. So far we've watched, The Birds, Psycho, The Thing, Longlegs, Se7en, Talk To Me, and Weapons. We still need to get through The VVitch, Event Horizon, American Werewolf in London, Bring Her Back, and the youngest wants to watch The Shining.

People on this site need their irritainment and something to fuel their constant desire to be angry about something or someone like Herbie, McAfee, or Desmond.

But it is working. They consistently beat Fox in the ratings. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's not working. Just watch your dumb Portnoy show and enjoy that. Gameday is still enjoyable. You could always do something really novel if you don't like something, maybe just don't watch it.

  9. I see we're feeling especially Reddit this morning.
  10. Yes but they can use fear of black people to remind MAGA that's why you vote for them even if it's against your own interests, destroys what little wealth you have, and further lines their pockets to your detriment. But remember that black guy who kneeled 10 years ago?
  11. There's only 4 Saturdays the Fair is open and you're highly overestimating the number of people in DFW who even know the game is happening. I chuckled at the suggestion upthread that the Fair simply cut off non-Texas OU people from entering. Yeah, they're totally going to give up massive daily revenue, not to mention they would have to keep people from entering the parking lot which would create even larger backlogs to get in. At this point, the Fair is what it is. You either accept that the game is going to be an asswhip to get into, around, and out of or you spend your time bitching about it every year.
  12. I enjoy the Sooners in the replies to this who crow about winning the Big 12. Yeah, that's great and all but they all know that era is dead and they are facing the reality that getting even close to an SEC championship is not happening with Venables at the helm. Coping with mediocrity is hard. We know, we've been there before.
  13. I enjoyed leaving that comment to any Sooners I saw whining about it on Twitter. And oh so ironic given the total screwjob Auburn had to deal with against them. Maybe don't be massive cheaters and karma won't feel the need to deal with you.
  14. But first Cowboys Loss Monday

It's an administration building for the State Fair.
  16. College Football Tuesday is going to be so enjoyable. Junior in the AM, Corby in the PM, Bob and Dave poking Corby with a stick. Joel Klatt getting his shots in on Wednesday.
  17. There are a lot of indignities that people won't stand for. Losing to Northwestern is one of them. It's so delicious because we're no longer the topic of being highly overrated.
  18. I put it more as they got a young Michigan team at home, a completely shit ass Auburn team that has zero ability to win games, and a bunch of cupcakes to make Mateer look good. We're not going to be the last team he struggles against and now they go on the road. And they can't run the ball for shit which is going to kill them in SEC play. Switzer was on the Ticket in Dallas and he said OU's inability to run the ball was going to cost them and he wasn't optimistic of their chances. And sure enough, the team that ran the ball better won yet again.
  19. Eh, it's life in the SEC with a young team. We were due for a stinker but this win sets the table for a great 2nd half. That's what Mack never got about this game but Sark gets it. This is what propels you and saves your season.

It was fine but yet another in a long line of sequels that didn't need to get made and will ultimately be forgettable. At least Legacy had a better tie-in to the original story. I don't understand how this both got greenlit and they decided on Jared Leto to be the lead. It was fine as a popcorn flick but the motivations were a rushed mess, the villain was completely cartoonish, and the action was mostly all shown in the trailers. They didn't even handle being dropped into the Grid well compared to Legacy.
  21. Hey bluto, go fuck yourself
  22. I just love OU spending a year searching for a QB that could beat us and that QB that they brought in was the instrument of their downfall today. 3 FGs in 2 years. And they have @ South Carolina, Ole Miss, @ Tennessee, @ Alabama, Mizzou, and LSU. Inject this shit in my veins if they go 0-6 the rest of the way.
  23. This saved the season. And we beat those shitasses with their Heisman favorite
