  1. That November 15th weekend is going to be incredible. Texas @ Georgia, OU @ Alabama, Florida @ Ole Miss. That will be your ABC triple header.
  2. Vandy at home and then a bye before the hardest game of the season is ideal.
  3. Okay. None of those are that awful except maybe Florida. The other two are fairly easy.
  4. We're technically the home team for OU but we give up that home game for the game.
  5. Being unveiled on SEC Network/ESPN2 right now. Open SEC conference play in Gainesville the week before OU. That is not bad for October but we're not in Austin the entire month. So only 1 away game in November (Georgia). Home games with Arkansas, Vandy, and aggy. Will update as it goes on. 10/4- @ Florida 10/11- Texas OU 10/18- @ Kentucky 10/25- @ Miss State 11/1- Vandy 11/8- bye 11/15- @ Georgia 11/22- Arkansas 11/29- aggy
  6. Putting two good matchups in week 3 against aggy going to Notre Dame is funny. Georgia @ Tenn and Florida @ LSU. Alabama @ Georgia in late September is interesting.
  7. Well I watched them play us and I don't think Lagway is that huge of a factor given we would've utterly dominated him as well. Ole Miss lost that game because Dart was Dart and Lane always has those stupid games in him. And yes, I know Clemson was beaten by South Carolina. That had no say in why South Carolina didn't get into the playoff over Clemson or wouldn't have gotten in if SMU had won.
  8. I have no issue with all 3 SEC teams being behind SMU. SMU lost by a last second FG and played 2 P4 teams in their OOC, losing to one of them who went on to win 10 games. Ole Miss lost to two bad SEC teams, Florida and Kentucky. South Carolina got destroyed by Ole Miss 27-3 then they lost to Alabama. Then Alabama loses horribly to OU, 24-3. If you can't muster more than a FG against an opponent, that tells me you're not a playoff team. South Carolina had probably the best case given how great they played the final 6 games of the season but then you're tossing out 2 head to head losses. Frankly, if you can't be over 10 wins then you only should be in if you win the conference championship like Clemson did.

Is that a new Asian BBQ joint in McKinney?
  10. Oh I forgot to add upthread that there will be real danger from citizens informing on those who they suspect are not here legally or who might've been born here to undocumented parents. That's why I would advise anyone in that situation, of immigrant origin (read non-white, non-African American) to keep a valid passport on hand to get you quickly out of that situation before it escalates.
  11. They of course have to check this one off the list.
  12. I doubt they're going to start going through a list but I bet the new administration will bake in looking at someone's citizenship and birth status whenever there's an option to like you go to a hospital for emergency care or you apply for something that is screened by the government like a passport.
  13. We also were the only SEC team to not play an FCS opponent this year. So for all the talk of our weak schedule, we didn't dip into FCS like the rest. OU gets a pass because I believe they had to add someone at the last minute and Maine was their only option.
  14. Big 10 CCG was behind the SEC CCG
  15. All P4 conference need to go to 9 games. 2 of the 4 already do. You balance it by making home and homes lineup so a team doesn't lose a home game one year or the next. It's amusing that we got so much shit for our schedule this year when we played away in our OOC and give up a conference home game every other year for a neutral site rivalry game. The ACC looks even more pathetic by not having 9 conference games. But no because God's gift to football got passed over for SMU, we'll probably still get these stupid 4 OOC schedules so these turds can guarantee cupcake wins and decent home gate revenue.
  16. Wasn't the switch to High Fructose Corn Syrup more about saving companies money on the cost of sugar and nothing to do with making things taste better?
  17. Ohio State or Michigan are the two most watched Big 10 teams. If the Big 10 CCG had either in it, it would definitely draw eyes away from the SEC. In general this season ABC had the best average ratings for their SEC slate of games over Fox and Big Noon. Big Noon with Ohio State kills. The Ohio State Tennessee playoff game will also win the weekend.
  18. Rich Rod back to WVU. Scott Frost back to UCF. Why not?
  19. It wasn't pretty but 3 points are 3 points.
