  1. You're right. I misremembered because you followed that up with, "But then the accusations were countered with actual evidence, and it's clear that Lively is a real piece of shit." But the fact is, there has not been any actual evidence that supports Baldoni. I believe it's just as the professional intimacy coordinator said - the producer/director took liberties that he shouldn't have during filming of the movie. She was quite clear in her conclusion and she gave reasons why. Btw what I was asked last night was whether I watched the Heard/Derp trial closely. My answer was no. I've followed this little scandal fairly closely since the NYT article came out. It seems like a lot of you here haven't even bothered to read it, let alone what the "intimacy coordinator" had to say.
  2. I think you're actually the one projecting. You've already mentioned you're giving Baldoni the benefit of the doubt because you share the same "faith" and that somehow you're magically able to determine what the "public opinion" is. Do you get that ability from your faith, too? The sentence you quoted was me castigating some moron who thinks he knows more than a professional in the industry, and who can't be bothered to educate himself and deal with actual facts to counter someone's professional opinion.
  3. Yes it's great to limit your own education and believe you're an expert on things you know nothing about. I'll be putting you ignore now that I know exactly what type of trash you are.
  4. I posted an article just above with analysis of the video provided by a professional film intimacy coordinator - not one of you chucklefucks who are just looking to get angry about some random actress. Perhaps you ignored it because you're only looking for posts that call Blake Lively a dumb cunt? edit - and to set this sad, pathetic record straight, you said I was "prejudice." I told you to look up the definition. I get the feeling you still don't understand the meaning and why and how you misused the term.
  5. I have no idea what you're talking about. Are you 15? How about you just stick to facts or at the very least try to make an argument.
  6. If you're going to buy a new Tesla, for the love of christ, at least buy it in the UK (apparently) Full refund after 3 years: "It's a process in the UK called Rejecting a car, where you go to your car finance company and argue that the car is not fit for purpose. They do a full investigation and give you an outcome, which can depend on the severity of the issues you're having with the car."
  7. Go fuck yourself, you gaslighting, problematic, misogynistic twit.
  8. My parents had to resort to the CA Fair Plan for their all stucco exterior with clay tile roof.
  9. Tell me you might be a complete moron without telling me. If you weren't a witness or one of the involved parties you have the same amount of knowledge about it as I do. Or less. Also take some time to look up the definition of 'prejudice.' Some of you get so triggered because someone else decides to argue a point of view that's different from your own, apparently deeply held, preconceived notions. It's pathetic.

    London

Yep, it's been on the books for years. Our old fully renovated flat with a smaller bathroom had the two-prong outlet only good for charging toothbrushes or shavers. Or small usb chargers. My understanding is the UK just believes, or believed at the time they were established, in more stringent safety regulations than the rest of Europe. For example, when we wanted to put an antenna on our roof so that we could utilize the tv license we were paying for, I think they sent a crew of at least 3, orange vests and all.
  11. Yes. You can set your default search engine in your browser to https://www.google.com/search?q=%s&udm=14 or just bookmark it. It definitely reduces the enshittification of google search but by how much is debatable.
  12. Your reading comprehension seems to suck. Tell me more about Amber Heard. Did you follow the trial? Were you a witness to her behavior at any point? Do have great recall of what transpired? Or, like me, did you read and see bits and clips here and there and get left with a distinct impression based on your own life experience, or lack of it?
  13. THR yesterday - https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/general-news/it-ends-with-us-video-intimacy-coordinator-1236116142/
  14. That a coordinated, misogynistic attack has been organized against Blake Lively seems indisputable at this point if you read the NYT article or watched the clip that Baldoni released. Perhaps I'm wrong. I'm open to correction. But I did read the text message from Baldoni's pr team when he began the social media onslaught against her. It's possible to have an opinion about something based on one's life experience yet know next to nothing about a particular situation. For example, I know a fair amount about sexual harassment, and an abuser putting out information that "SHE WANTED IT" is one of the first plays out of their playbook. As far as Amber Heard goes, my lord, that seems like forever ago and when I formed my opinion it was based on specific evidence or testimony. I don't remember much if anything about the trial and unless I were the sort of person with incredible recall about what I've seen or read, I think it would be extremely weird if I did. In Blake Lively's situation, I take it you weren't there to witness any of it. But I see posters on here, perhaps you among them, basically calling her a liar and bitch because of her behavior during an interview from 2016, or because of what she did or didn't do during filming the recent movie. The fact is none of us knows what happened. You won't get the whole story from a portion of one video. And you getting on your high horse because I initially expressed a lightly held opinion is fucking laughable.
  15. Yes, having impressions based on what you've read is "weird." Next time a hollywood gossip matter comes up I'll be sure to ask you for the contact number for the fella who's briefing you. edit - to see a bunch of men attacking some random woman that they don't know certainly raises "issues" and is problematic. We absolutely saw the same misogynistic bullshit with Heard as we've seen with Lively, whether one was in the right or not. "Oh my god she tried to give out the web address for her skin care line. What a whore!" "Oh my god she slept with _____. What a sleaze!" Get fucked.
  16. Not even a little. Thank you for the info.
  17. I think it goes deeper than just personal resentment. His mannerisms scream low masculinity to me.
  18. Hadn't thought about this before but his hatred of lgbtq+ has to be about self loathing of some sort, right?
  19. How do you know this? I watched whatever was posted earlier of the interview with both her and Parker. There's a lot of nervous energy in that room and you can see Blake didn't react well to the interviewer, who comes off as someone who didn't want to be there. I don't see what the big deal is - movie promotion/press junket type interviews frequently go wrong and can be awkward. It's easy for one question to rub someone the wrong way in that type of situation. You can also see Parker was extremely weird in that clip. Anyway...never heard of Baldoni before now, nor did I see the movie. (Nor will I.) Was surprised to learn he's someone apparently powerful in Hollywood. He seems like a creep. Team Blake all the way and I don't gaf if she's a nice person or not. I do think she's being attacked in a misogynistic way, just as Amanda Heard was.
  20. It's just like the Mussolini saying - at least he made the trains run on time. Except he didn't.
  21. "I despise Hitler but he had a helluva plan with those trains to the internment camps," is a helluva flex, dear sir.
  22. idea from reddit - edit: /r/pics/comments/1i9446s/rising_cost_of_eggs/
  23. LOL "we're barely breaking even" is not believable, and there's no way that's including debt service
  24. The site with the Y model review has an article about a hilarious design flaw in the current Model Y. Using the emergency door release without rolling down the window a crack first, even when you can't roll it down because it's a, ya know, emergency (and maybe you don't have power), causes the window to shatter because https://www.theautopian.com/my-neighbors-tesla-model-y-shattered-its-window-because-of-a-bafflingly-bad-design/
  25. but but a "new" Y model is about to drop
