With increased testing I’m not surprised at the increase in cases but that would include people that are asymptomatic. Is there any site that shows the number of cases that are in the hospital?

I'm guessing that after a few weeks of shut down we'll start seeing businesses allowed to reopen but with workers wearing masks, so having masks available will be needed.
Exactly. This is a step in the right direction.

I wonder if that Seven Lounge at the top of the bank building at 7th and University set the world record for the absolute worst time to open in bar history.
While not a bar, The Chicken Salad Chick opened where the old Baker brothers was located near Montgomery Plaza this week!

Boomer Jacks on 7th let just about everyone go. The owner might need help to reopen.
Sucks.

Bill Gates?
I wouldn't doubt that he has his foundation giving out grants to anybody who has a decent plan for one.

About 5 years or so ago, I tried to get my office to move into the 21st century and move most of our processes online. Yeah, my main goal was to try to work from home but my point was valid, our shit is incredibly outdated. Nobody wanted to hear it, everything was fine, it would be a disaster to change anything. Now they're scrambling to figure out how to get shit done remotely. We had the $$$ to implement this plan and nobody could be bothered to do anything. They always seem to figure this shit out after it's too late.
Around that same time we had a third party evaluate our disaster recovery procedures and they found them severely lacking. Based on their recommendations we instituted a major upgrade and now everyone that can is working from home. IT and management who supported them deserve a lot of credit.

What do know about Roche’s fully automated cobas 6800 and cobas 8800 Systems?
It is claimed the turn around time is 3.5 hours. I wouldn’t call it a game changer because there are apparently only 100 of them in the US.

Anyone able to tell me when this has happened? For those who lived in Islamic countries I think you will notice the change in intonation. And for the record, I love hearing the call to prayer.
Good. Yesterday I saw a video of them licking a wall to show it was safe. It’s good to see they are now grasping the importance of the situation.

the number of people in ancient apartments in ancient buildings with ancient plumbing i believe will eventually be identified as a contributing factor to the italian numbers.
That's a really good point. I could definitely see that as a contributing factor.

This will be the lasting impact of corona. People will realize that 99.9% of the shit they do can be done at home at 1/10th the cost. Fuck overpriced Universities.
We were just debating that very issue. Apparently there is software that can be used to monitor online test takers which might help alleviate the cheating issue.
