I got these for Christmas. Big, big difference over my factory halogens. There are certainly more expensive options but I'm happy with them so far:

I also splurged and got a pair of Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro fogs in amber. They are absolutely awesome:

There is so much more box office potential if they rebooted some of these 80's action classics as irreverent comedies. Like @Dennis Taylor said above - recapturing the cheese magic of the originals is an impossible task.
21 Jump Street, Starsky & Hutch are good examples. Have some fun at the source material's expense.
I'm a 47 year old complete novice asshat drummer that started messing around ~2 years ago. I can't for the life of me maintain proper timing while playing along to this. The echo, the vocal... I lose it every time. But it sure is fun to try. What a monster fucking jam. It's like listening to ambulances emerging in and out of some thick fog.
A couple of the relatively cheap upgrades I got for my soft top Gladiator:
Soft top headliner - keeps your dome from boiling in summer and freezing in winter. Attaches to stiffeners with 3M velcro patches - easy:
