  1. Tayler Scott's problem is that he's Tayler Scott.
  2. That throw was maybe even better.
  3. Try finding female athlete weights in any database. Bunch of "N/A" is what you'll see. That's lame.
  4. When you lean and lean and lean on just one pitcher, there's a limit to the miracles you can expect. Especially against good offenses. We might still win this, but it changes nothing about my argument. White's doing a subpar job.
  5. We can't keep meeting like this. Or can we?
  6. Win or lose today, I think it's fair to question Mike White's roster and his use thereof. Throw the assistants in there, too. This is a lackluster team in a league that punishes middling performance.
  7. Pretty much every bit of this. The succession plan for life beyond Bella and Alyssa seemed lax. Vivi's injury was just one of those things that happen, but overall, I think the brass might have underestimated how challenging the SEC grind would be. In the B12 we could focus just on OU while letting LSU, TN, UF and such beat up on each other heading into the postseason. Now we're part of that grind, while still having to cope with OU. No, the Sooners aren't what they were...but at the moment, neither are we.
  8. Consider it occupied.
  9. This team's line between winning and losing is deceivingly thin. Our ranking belies our issues. We won't win anything of note without our better hitters and pitchers all at least approaching their season averages over the next 6 weeks. There's not going to be any sub-turned-hero to carry us for series on end. We'll be only as good as our best players perform.
  10. Continue giving up several runs early against decent teams and you'll find yourself losing more than you should. Not enough pitching, defense or overall intensity for this team to keep gliding to wins.
  11. Nearly every SEC pitcher is throwing every Texas batter at least one hittable changeup per AB. But we never seem to be waiting on it. I have no idea why.
  12. I wish Joley had grabbed McKee's grounder and started walking down the base line toward her.
  13. And LSU easily makes three plays I'm not sure we'd make at all.
  14. Unfortunately true. I got an exit velo of 36 mph on my sundial.
  15. Henry in LF has been a great move so far.
