  1. Tech will be playing aggy later this season by proxy. Leach is going to fuck them up, and unless the Horns are playing at the same time I'm not missing a second of it.
  2. This definitely doesn't look like a tampon defense. Very vagina like no doubt.
  3. This. While A and S aren't totally unattractive, they sure aren't anything that I would bother to take a second look at. The 2 girls sitting look to have potential.
  4. Time is flying. It seems like all those guys were playing 20 years or so ago. Can't believe it's been 30 years.
  5. Stanley Richard, the Sheriff? Or do I have him confused with someone else. Seems like he was with the team in the 90s. Nvm. I was thinking you said 1977. Time for eye check.
  6. Damn, thought I was old. That was 2 weeks before I was born.
  7. 1981 vs smu in Irving. Defensive game, held Dickerson and Hooker Killer in check.
  8. Not to mention it's the Cajuns ONLY win over a ranked team. That's pathetic aggies
  9. I can see it now. Aggy will shut down upper deck and endzones to get to 50%.
  10. Unfortunately that looks a lot like the Hard Rock hotel in New Orleans.
  11. Haven't been keeping up with recruiting, but when I saw 4 pages in 4 hours I thought damn, this kid must be good.
  12. I think the real danger in not playing this year is how many guys lose their eligibility or drop out of school and never return. I think there's a large percentage of guys who didn't go to play school and won't be disciplined enough to take online classes. This could possibly hit the sec the hardest so I fully expect them to at least start the season.
  13. I need a pic from the backside to determine if it's 1,2 or 2,1. Everything looks pretty equal from the front. Mom may even have a slight edge. Gotta love the fact the kid knew his freshman year he wanted to be a Horn.
  14. Show me where I said Acho said all white people are racist. I said thinking someone is racist because of the color of their skin is racist. Now whether are not he thinks all white people are racist I I hope not, as a matter of fact I'm almost 100% sure he doesn't. Believing someone doesn't want to watch his show because it makes them "uncomfortable" is judgemental to say the least, maybe even racist. Do you watch his show because you're racist and will learn something that may help you not to be? If that's the case by all means watch it. Or maybe you need to watch it to confirm your beliefs, whatever those may be. One thing I won't argue with you is the fact that racism exists, where we part is to what extent. I have plenty of people I can talk directly to about it, I don't need to watch a tv show for that perspective.
  15. It doesn't make me uncomfortable in the least. As a matter of fact believing someone is racist because of the color of their racist is pretty fucking racist. There's the irony in this whole thing.
  16. I agree with pretty much everything you said, of course except for that first paragraph that was mostly tongue in cheek. Well except for the okies, arkies, Louisiana folks, and criminals, not sure how anyone could tolerate those people. I grew up a poor white kid in a 95% Hispanic town, we all got along great. I made sure my son went to a very diverse high school in the Houston area and I believe it made for a well rounded man now. If he would have gone to an all white school he still would have been fine because my wife and I didn't tolerate racism in our home. If we did, he would have gotten his ass kicked daily at school and would have deserved it. I just don't feel like watching a show that basically tells me deep down I'm racist and I should feel white guilt. I hate pretty much everyone equally and it has nothing to do with skin color. I've been robbed by 4 black guys with a shotgun in Memphis right off Biel Street, and a black kid with a semi-automatic in Houston. Neither time did I feel it was a racial thing, just an economic thing. I just happened to be the one with money in his wallet.
  17. I'm sure both Sam and Emmanuel had some really uncomfortable conversations with a lot of black men, women, and children when they went to Africa with their dad to do volunteer medical work. I give them props for doing something truly noble and selfless, and their dad seems like a great man. As for his show, I don't think I'll be watching it any time soon.
  18. I hate to admit it but even wahlburg, Walburg, wahlburg, or walberg, to lazy to look it up, sings better in that clip than I can.
  19. I guess we'll see who the better talent evaluators are if there's no high school football this year. Handing out scholarships without a senior year to evaluate players will make things interesting.
  20. Washington Engines has a nice ring to it. It's a nonoffending homonym to an offending synonym. Everybody wins.
  21. No one is disputing anyone can pretty much say whatever they want, but it's wise to stop and think SHOULD I say whatever I'm thinking in the heat of the moment. One thing I truly believe is everyone should be held to the same standards no matter what race or gender you happen to be. If that's all Marquise said then I agree, he really didn't say anything wrong. I will say I've seen a lot more written about BLM than what Jackson said, so I'm not sure where Marquis is coming from.
  22. I wish all entertainers and athletes would let politicians do all the talking for them, they're paid to say stupid shit. I know, freedom of speech, but it's a turn off for too many fans. I'm tired of so and so said this, so let's boycott the NFL, or I'm never watching another movie that jackass makes. Why alienate half the fan base especially when their opinion probably won't change any minds. I think it was Elvis Presley that a reporter tried to catch on a political question back in the early 70s. She asked him what he thought about war protesters and what should be done. He said something like, I'm just an entertainer and I'd prefer to keep my opinion to myself. She followed up with do you think other entertainers should keep their opinions to themselves also? He had a one word answer, NO! Next question. I'm guessing it was around the time Jane Fonda went to Hanoi. Bringing up Elvis and Jane, yeah I'm old.
  23. When I was younger at least 50% of my tv/radio time was spent on sports shows. Not sure if it's an age thing or not, but starting I guess around my early 40's I slowed down watching sports shows and listening to sports radio. Now in my 50's I spend less way less than 1% of my tv/radio time on sports shows. As far as watching sports, I catch all Horns football games, a few big basketball games, and a few big baseball games. On football Saturdays I channel surf most of the day when the Horns aren't playing. NFL, NBA, MLB I don't watch regular season at all and only catch the playoffs if Astros, Rockets, Texans or Cowboys are playing. Just curious if any of you other olds don't care like you used to.
  24. I'm curious what Jordan's life experience was growing up in a small Texas town opposed to Brenan Eagles or Anthony Cook being from Waco or Houston, (still confused on that one). I'm guessing Jordan knew just about everyone in Cuero and vice-versa which probably made his experience much more pleasant. I'm guessing small town athletes experience far less racism compared to their urban school counterparts. IMO, the best way to get over racist tendencies is to get to know people. Hard to hate someone simply because of skin color once you get to know them. Now if they're an asshole it's pretty damn easy to dislike regardless of skin color.
  25. Damn, I bet all TT NFL contracts combined didn't reach $400,000,000 before this.
