Tucker would be the clear front runner to replace Hannity.  Good thing he hasn’t made any headlines lately.

If Trump is listening to him over his generals and cabinet members, he’s the clear front runner.

I’m surprised Hannity could be that much of a dumbass.  Surely he’s got a competent personal lawyer, skilled in real estate transactions, who could steer him clear of this shit.....oh.

  2. Lachlan Murdoch can’t be too happy right about now.

Hannity doesn’t realize something that’s very important, and that the Murdochs know:  He can be replaced.  Trump might bitch, but Trump and his base will still tune in to whoever replaces Hannity.  The olds sure as hell won’t risk the socialists on MSNBC or CNN.

So, he's waiting to strike Iran until later this week when the Democratic debates start up.  That way he gets the ratings splurge and he is back in the focus.

It would be just like him to unify the Democrats just as they are really getting nasty towards each other.

The story revealed that Trump’s very own transition team had raised several million dollars to pay the staff. The moment he saw it, Trump called Steve Bannon, the chief executive of his campaign, from his office on the 26th floor of Trump Tower, and told him to come immediately to his residence, many floors above. Bannon stepped off the elevator to find Christie seated on a sofa, being hollered at. Trump was apoplectic, yelling: You’re stealing my money! You’re stealing my fucking money! What the fuck is this?

A real billionaire wouldn’t lost his shit over a few million that his campaign raised to pay his staff.

Then again, a real billionaire could afford to pay his staff.

  5. My sister-in-law and her bf can now car-camp just about anywhere on public streets as long as they obey the street signs and aren’t a traffic hazard.  Not only that, but Adler directed the City Manager to look into areas for “safe” tent- and car-camping..

She knew about that aspect before I read it this afternoon.   Guess word travels fast among that part of society.

    FML, she will bug us.

MAL can't process transactions over 10k on a credit card and they won't take a PO? Is this some attempt to fly under the radar of suspicious transactions that would trip AML inquiries?

It’s very complicated, but long story short, the 10k limit on credit cards is tied to Trump’s credit line.

A good portion of rural women are conservative Christians who believe they occupy a subservient role to men.

And quite a few of them grow weary of falling down the stairs and running into a doorknob, so they’ll do what they are told.

Oh, they are using them, but they are pissed off about the surge pricing, and they are pissed that a bunch of them end up broken down because two people try to ride them, or people think they are Tony Hawk and can jump them off big curbs and over pot holes.

Cedar Point was one of the best roller coaster parks in the country; and it still is - except for the money grab of preferred line skipping tickets and surge pricing.

Thank Disney and the others for that.  Once apps and line reservations got big, there was no stopping it.

  12. Don’t know where to put this.  A thousand National Guard troops and their families and employers are not going to be keen to vote (R) next year

Texas “Big Three,” Gov. Greg Abbott, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick and House Speaker Dennis Bonnen announced “stop-gap measures” to assist U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Texas Friday.

Abbott said the Department of Homeland Security will be setting up “temporary holding facilities” to house migrants after they cross the border into Texas. He said “single adults” that will be held at these facilities while they wait for Immigration and Customs Enforcement to transport them.

To assist CBP, Abbott said 1,000 National Guard troops will be sent to the border in addition to the 1,000 troops that are already there. The troops will help man the “temporary holding facilities” and will also be sent to ports of entry to assist CBP.
