  1. It’s all about the grift. Nobody will buy those things after November.
  2. I don’t know who she is, and while I have a feeling there are no Trumpanzees in attendance, it still triggers them on the socials so good for her.
  3. There are several interesting facts regarding the Russian ammunition site in Tikhoretsk, which exploded this morning. According to intelligence reports it contained North Korean missiles, just like the primary ammunition site in Toropets, which got destroyed three days ago. The logistics hub is situated along important rail lines. The Russian rail network (yellow lines on the map) intersects in Tikhoretsk and directly contributes to the Russian invasion into the Ukrainian regions in the East (Donbas) and the South (Crimea). The site is around 300 km (185 miles) from the current frontline.
  4. Those ammo depots also store extra anti-air missiles…might help with some stuff coming down the pipeline.
  5. They hit two last night Krasnodar Krai and Oktyabrsky.
  6. Russia preparing strikes against Ukrainian nuclear facilities ahead of winter, Foreign Minister says. The possible targets include open distribution devices at nuclear power plants and transmission substations, "which are essential for the safe functioning of the nuclear energy system," according to Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha. https://kyivindependent.com/russia-preparing-strikes-against-ukrainian-nuclear-facilities-ahead-of-winter-foreign-minister-says/ I don’t think Russia would be stupid enough to do this, but I also think the Foreign Minister is throwing it out there as a warning.
  7. Mexico. Probably sets up shop just across the border from Brownsville. May skip Florida, and may start the move in December.
  8. “Out of ammunition. God save the King." 80 years ago today, the last, defiant broadcast by Digby Tatham-Warter, commander of A, Coy 2nd Parachute Battalion from the Arnhem road bridge, where his boys held positions without reinforcement or resupply and under fierce German attack. Commemorations are taking place this weekend in Arnhem to remember the sacrifices made during the battle. Paratroopers serving now, jumping and walking in the footsteps of their forefathers. Ready for anything
  9. And in a few years, that guy will be saying “And now the Army is sending my son to Schofield Barracks in Hawaii and they won’t give him a plane ticket and a visa to come home and he said after Hawaii they are going to send him to Fort Wainwright in Alaska and they threatened not to give him a plane ticket and a visa home and after that they are sending him to Fort Drum in New York with all those liberals and he said they probably still won’t give him a visa and plane ticket home then” and people will point out his son doesn’t need a visa or the Army to give him a plane ticket and the guy will say “I know, that’s why it’s all so confusing about what the Army is doing to him!”
  10. I don’t know why anybody thinks Musk gives a shit about Texas. At some point he will move on.
  11. Especially after sitting through that intro last week.
  12. I bet it's well above 50% for those in Eastern Russia - they have to be sweating a little bit these days now that the Ukrainians clearly have the means to decisively hit anywhere out to Moscow (and beyond in some cases). Easy to ignore when you see no evidence of the war outside of social media, but they are headed into winter, and shit will get real for them if they don't have power/gas.
  13. Speaking of Arizona, @Zonahorn AZ Supreme Court ruled for defendant (Fontes). The 100k registrants will continue to vote a full ballot this election. Thank God. Thank you Arizona Supreme Court for your extremely quick and professional review of this matter. Thank you @Adrian_Fontes, @AZSecretary for your partnership on this. Thank you @GovernorHobbs and Department of Transportation for working so hard to quickly fix this for moving forward. And thanks to the attorneys at Snell & Wilmer for working so hard on my behalf to tee this up this legal argument so quickly.
  14. Hell, just look at the lack of fundraising prowess compared to the Harris campaign. It could be that donors are spending their money with down-ballot races because they don't want to fund Trump's legal expenses or a new addition to Mar-a-Lago, but still, that's pretty surprising at how much they are struggling versus Harris/Wallz.
  15. Dumbest fucking people - not only are the Republicans trying to keep the Haitian story alive in Springfield, you have somebody chime in from the audience with a story about their deployed American son, that makes absolutely no fucking sense. During his #Springfield Town Hall, Vivek heard from a man who revealed that his son, deployed in Germany, is stuck there, because he was married over there, and has a baby on the way. The man explained that his son will have to serve another four years in order to receive a Visa and Plane Ticket home. Upon hearing this news, Vivek instructed the man to meet with him and his staff after the Town Hall in order to help spread this story. See for yourself:
