  1. Early states lean red, gives impressions that may or may not have any correlation on the rest of the night. 2020 was the exact same.
  2. Genuinely insane to have someone at 65% when we have zero information about WI/MI/PA.
  3. For folks stuck in here: Longhorns 5 in the initial Playoff rankings, projected first round vs Alabama.
  4. Meeting cancelled, let’s rage.
  5. Don't agree with all his views, but the country would be in a much better place if all Republicans were like Raffensperger.
  6. Working on a project with a far east contractor and they picked TONIGHT AT 7PM for our kickoff call. Dunno if I’m pissed or thankful for another hour of distraction.
  7. +1. Js1 the easy MVP of this thread.
  8. Seems like a good day to save this country.
  9. In all sincerity, this might be the scariest a human being has ever sounded during an interview.
  10. My father, who has a "FJB" sticker on his garage beer fridge, muted every single political commercial - from either side - when I was at his house watching football this weekend. I know he voted for Trump, but there is absolutely no excitement in that household about tomorrow night.
  11. It's the biggest downfall with the rise of the internet/social media. Throughout all of human history, stupid people would voice their stupid ideas in their community, get shunned, and (all but the most insane individuals) would then reconsider/adjust their beliefs in an attempt to appease our innate desire to belong. Now, stupid people have the ability to leave their immediate communities and seek out communities full of other stupid people, thus eliminating the need to reconsider anything. The "information superhighway" unfortunately includes an HOV lane for people with IQs under 90.
  12. That chick doesn’t seem very undecided.
  13. I had never heard of Rocket Sanders four hours ago and now I think I would die for him.
  14. “Fellas, is it gay to bang the most popular woman on the planet?”
  15. They’re not a mess, they are just incapable of feeling shame when it comes to their quest to win. It tells me Republicans feel more confident with early returns in Georgia than Pennsylvania.
  16. High potential for some viral moments - in either direction.
  17. I'll take "posts that didn't age well" for 500, Alex.
  18. Randomly remembered the NYT needle the other day and broke out in cold sweats. I'll never forget the needle's slow creep into Red in 2016, nor the sudden needle shift in Georgia in 2020 that completely changed the vibes. My body is not ready.
  19. Hopefully this is the single vote that gives her a victory.
  20. They care about getting attention more than solving the issue.
  21. Hysterical news coverage aside, it really does feel like the garbage comment is being amplified as a big deal by Republicans trying to win an election, while the Puerto Rico comments were amplified by people who were previously uninvolved with the political process. Seems like quite a big distinction.
  22. Hopefully his heart gives out 30 seconds after the networks make the call.
  23. He must have read your post history.
