  1. Keep Altuve for the sentimental value, but you gotta listen on everyone else. We aren't gonna be good again in Yordan or Yainer's window.
  2. Either Trump gets blown out or the generally accepted idea of a national campaign infrastructure is completely and permanently overhauled.
  3. This coming less than 24 hours after Trump’s big “LEAVE IT UP TO THE STATES” press tour is some real monkey paw shit.
  4. Republicans are so spooked that Kari Lake has acknowledged she isn't Governor. (But for real, this statement should be a flashing red sign to anyone trying to downplay is coming in November.)
  5. Genuinely unsettling to see Trump correctly reading (at least when it comes to a national ban) a hot button political issue.
  6. I get that logic left the chat a while ago but "abortion is literally the murder of babies but also it's up to the states to decide if this is allowed" is an absurd attempt at threading the needle.
  7. He is absolutely perfect as a House troll, and I hope he doesn't preemptively end his career by trying to be more than that.
  8. Also, if we are claiming God is sending political signs to America then he REALLY fucking hated the guy in charge in 2020.
  9. The point isn't necessarily the totals, but the movement. A few weeks ago, Trump was leading all these same national polls.
  10. Everyone knows that Biden voters love defending January 6ers.
  11. Nate, known Biden copium addict. (Back to my original point, kinda shocked he is actually commenting on this.)
  12. So basically every single poll has Biden ahead now, weird how polls are no longer in the news.
  13. It's a tight race between the two of them, I'll tell you that.
  14. I don't think there's a human on the planet who wants Biden to lose more than that ettergermentum guy.
  15. This is the truth. Politically, Biden is playing this lose-lose situation correctly, as unhappy as it makes the tiktokers.
  16. There's also a weird aversion to discuss what happened in 2020. Trump fucked up the COVID response, point blank. That wasn't really even a debatable conclusion at the time of the election that year. We have verifiable evidence that this dude failed miserably in a time of crisis, yet you'd think his reign ended in 2019 if you listened to most of the commentary about the upcoming election.
  17. You are correct, which is why it is largely cutout of his (our, ugh) district.
  18. As an initial vocal supporter of Israel, I've avoided this thread for a while... but the truth can be ignored no longer. As much as I want to support the idea of Israel, and I stand by my belief that there are/were many bad actors in the "ceasefire" movement capitalizing on anti-semitism, this shit cannot go on. What Israel is doing is inconceivable. Most "normie Jew" support for Israel centers around the idea of a safe place for Jews, yet I cannot think of anything that endangers the future international prospects of safe Jews than the continued escalation of this conflict. Fuck Bibi.
  19. Potentially the biggest news to-date in this election cycle:
  20. Sign them all? But for real, is there any logical argument against having Brandon Belt in the dugout by first pitch?
  21. Saw some viral tweet recently that said the biggest advantage Republicans currently have is that their current platform is so fucked up that the average voter simply does not believe it.
