  1. Bills have never felt the pressure of playing a juggernaut like the Falcons
  2. He’s losing it and gets a sliced brisket sandwich and a cherry lime soda Almost the same here, but I went with Big Red at the Buc-cees in Perry, GA on my way back from Gainesville.
  3. UNM hanging tough on the blue turf. 20-17 Boise
  4. Aztecs sacrificing the Wolfpack to Xipe Totec.
  5. Arriving "at," not "to."
  6. Wazzu gets another turnover
  7. Hooded Menace - just listened to all their stuff from beginning to end. Tritonus Bell remains my favorite. Mudvayne? C'mon, man.... 😉
  8. I wonder how much Retzlaff misses Provo.
  9. You don't just prance into 5th 3rd Field in Kennesaw and expect to convert a 4th and goal from the 1 with 30 seconds left, down by 28.
  10. Kerkering thinking about that time he gave up 4 ER at the Disch.
  11. Damn, I'd better get off my ass and head over to Kennesaw. $9 ticket is tough to beat
  12. You can't stop Heather Skyler Locklear.
  13. I haven't slept since I got back from Gainesville. Eagerly anticipating the UTEP game.
  14. Picked these up in Gainesville. Highlight of the trip.
  15. Fun Gainesville fact: as in Austin, there are lots of bats, with "bat houses" on campus. https://www.floridamuseum.ufl.edu/bats/
  16. Locklear throws another TD. Alas, to the wrong team. 30-11 LA Tech.
  17. Skylar Locklear rallying the Miners. I wonder if any team has ever lost to LA Tech and ULM at home on consecutive weekends.
  18. Why waste your time on those minor games when you could be watching the Miner game? No score yet at the Sun Bowl after a Malachi interception.
  19. West Virginia is good. How bad is Pitt?
  20. Very good West Coast Märzen
  21. Mercilessly
  22. I lived in DC at the time and considered driving to Charlottesville. Glad I didn't.
  23. I bought a 4-pack to take home. I like the style, too, but I'm surprised it's (sort of) finding a following over here. When I lived in Prague/Brno in the mid-90s, you would see it on tap, but hardly anyone ever ordered it. I remember it being more along the lines of a Schwarzbier (a little sweet), rather than a Dunkel (roastier), but the US versions here tend more toward the latter. Of course, it's been a while since I've had a Czech beer in the Czech Rep. There was absolutely none of the side-pull lukr stuff back then either. That must have been recently resurrected from the pre-communist times.
  24. I thought it was pretty good, but not outstanding. The best food I had in Gainesville was at a dive bar.
  25. Výborný (excellent) tmavý at Variant Brewing in Roswell GA:
