  1. Shocking that you stuck it out ^. Let me guess- you ordered something super gay like fajitas amirite? And your order had like 15 different special instructions, without question.
  2. I started to translate that but decided it wouldn't be Christian of me.
  3. I've always wondered about that guy. Wtf is his story? His little snippets (that have no sponsor if I remember correctly) point out the most obvious shit- shit we've all been aware of forever. And I've never heard anyone on the Ticket make fun of him (because he's paying a bunch of money for spots that don't promote anything?). It's all very confusing.
  4. Cried a little. Don't care. Thanks for the heads up @Dr Fear
  5. Eye-opening. https://www.mavsmoneyball.com/2020/5/3/21245396/dallas-mavericks-2011-champions-dirk-nowitzki-great-all-time-team
  6. Going with chicken pot pie pizza. And I would definitely eat that.
  7. Yeah but I bet you at least brown the dogs up in a pan before cutting them up/throwing them in. That cookbook you'r talking about was telling these moms to throw them in cold most of the time, guaranteed.
  8. Any kid that grew up in this country in the 60s-80s should get a medal of valor for eating the shit our mother's would whip up at home. Especially the 60s. Jello salads, "chicken a la king," all that shit. Luckily I was an 80s kid, so the crazy shit that these companies were tricking housewives into making (torturing their families with) at home had tapered off quite a bit. Still "kit" meals, but at least we were getting sloppy joes and Rice A Roni.
  9. If any of y'all are the jersey-wearing type:
  10. Fifty fucking years old.
  11. That'll get you a job on the highest rated sports station in DFW if you play your cards right.
  12. That's a lotta damn food.
  13. Or a Joe Burrow interview into an opportunity to remind people about the Mayfield/Murray Heismans.
  14. @Jameslaw121 That link doesn't work for me, but that place has awesome breakfast tacos. What was the meal?
  15. Yep. It's straight Ticket (no music) for me in the car, which has given them about 5-6 hours of my time since this started. That's less than two days' normally listening time.
  16. Hahaha damn you @Dr. Beeper. And you know I'm going to take the bait every time. I just think it's funny that streaming listeners think their behavior is the norm. For the most part that's going to be reserved for the absolute most loyal listeners. I've been a P1 since day 1 and the only time I stream is when I'm on the road and I get too far out of town to pick up the signal. I'll occasionally yell at Alexa to turn it on when I'm getting ready for work, but I think I've done that once since this lockdown started. I'm a little older than a lot of y'all sure, but I'm right in the middle of the Ticket's target demo. To think that any radio station could possibly benefit from taking people out of their cars and off the road is absolutely nuts. I'd be shocked if most stations were getting more than a third of their regular listenership. And I know for a fact that stations ( again all of them, not just the Ticket) are lucky to get fifty cents on the dollar for the spots they're running right now.
  17. I've never missed Fernando.
  18. Jesus you are a worthless, miserable fuck. Put me on ignore.
  19. Yeah, he said it. I've already gotten an email about how it the was "good: for my company (we work with a shitload of restaurants). And lighten the fuck up Francis. I'm dying to eat out. That was the joke.
  20. It's a must for me on any creamy (hate that word) dish, like @gernblansten mentioned clam chowder, any rice dish/casserole that uses a "cream of" soup in the recipe, stuff like that.
  21. My friend was looking for something of the dine-in variety, but it looks like the governor might be getting that taken care of- said restaurants could start re-opening as soon as next week (with reduced/limited capacity).
