  1. Living in one of the most Heart of Suburbia towns of Chicago I agree with this.
  2. Gonzaga looking like Spencer Jones out there
  3. It was pretty good. I was entertained. That said, Freddy vs Jason is still my favorite versus movie.
  4. Haven't posted here in a bit. Hope some of you have been able to get a PS5. Believe the last thing I said on here was how we were expecting Amazon to drop a couple weeks ago but didn't. My guess is when Jake Randall dropped the time range/date they were supposed to drop Amazon didn't like the results of seeing too many campers/bots on the site and decided to not drop. When they'll drop is anybody's guess at the moment but they did just drop in the UK the other night and they're currently sitting at nearly 50k stock. They gotta be dropping soon. I remember last drop they did it was around 2 am CT. Best Buy has done a drop 7 weeks in a row on a Friday which is surprising. Although last 2 drops were pretty small from what I heard. But I would say most people have a better much experience trying to cop a console off BBY as it's not very bot friendly and sort of does them in waves. They usually drop around 11 am or 2 pm CT. Here's a tip, when BBY does drop and you try to add to cart you'll get a message telling you due to high demand it hasn't been added to your cart and the add to cart button has turned from yellow to gray(also says adding more inventory). That's normal. Wait for that button to turn Add to Cart/Yellow again. It might take a half hour at most but it'll turn back to yellow and that's when you click ATC again and it'll allow you to proceed to the next step which is checking out at the BBY store of your choice. This is where it gets annoying for many. Because when they have the store selected and are ready to click Checkout they get a prompt telling them it's no longer available to pickup at that certain location. This is where I suggest you stop and to not spam the checkout button. Just leave it in your cart(don't do save for later either) so that the next time BBY drops all you gotta do is go to your cart and hit checkout. At least you've already completed the long part of adding to cart by then. But yeah if you click checkout and then move on to having to verify your BBY password it's all gravy from there and you're pretty much locked into get one. But be as quick as you can. Have your payment info and all that stuff already plugged in on your BBY account. Playstation Direct is also really good because they have a queue system that works. It picks random people though so the tip here is to have multiple browsers open across multiple different devices. If you're using your phone, turn off the WiFi. When the queue starts everyone will start out with over an hour till you reach the front. I'd say if it's been 15 minutes and still over an hour you can pretty much call it quits. It usually only lasts half an hour at most. But if you get in the front within few minutes have you payment and address info ready. You only have so much time. PSD has been really quiet this week so it's likely they'll have a drop next week. Usually happens between 2 to 4 pm. Target drops usually every 2 weeks on a Thursday but it's at like 6 am. Although they had one this week when they already had one last week. What's nice about them though is it's only for pickup and you can get it the day you place the order. I wouldn't be surprised if Walmart drops tomorrow at 2 pm CT because it's the first Thursday of the month although as many of you know it's highly botted and kind of annoying to add to cart. But yes, if you haven't given up hope and want a PS5 now I HIGHLY suggest getting on twitter and following accounts like @PS5StockAlerts, Matt Swider @mattswider, and Jake Randall and allowing notifications. Some believe this summer you'll be able to walk in-store and order a console but I personally am not that optimistic. Best luck to everyone!
  5. What’s the name of the YouTube channel? Is it the 4 part by James Mcmurray?
  6. Yeah the show is going the way I expected as more action packed. I’m enjoying it so far. I don’t if it’s necessarily fair to compare it to WandaVision because the characters from each show are of a different genre in Marvel. I also remember not liking the first two episodes of WV.
  7. I know this is kinda vague but I’m curious on your thoughts on what would you like to see the DCEU do differently from the MCU?
  8. Glad it was available for streaming. If I had to watch this in theaters that long I would’ve lost my mind.
  9. I liked him in that Black Mirror episode “Playtest”.
  10. Cool. And fwiw Jake Randall, my source, is warning that Amazon could change the time tomorrow. Don’t think many of the higher ups at Amazon too happy about the time range being dropped. We’ll see.
  11. It’s fulfilled by Amazon. There’s no third party of THATS what you’re asking. Unless you wanna pay double which I doubt.
  12. Amazon tomorrow will drop between 8 am to 10 am CT
  13. Amazon should drop on Thursday between 8 am to 10 am CT.
  14. Fwiw I trust this guy. I was able to cop a few PS5s because of him. Got one for my cousin as a wedding gift and sent another to my buddy out in Cali.
  15. Just got word that Amazon is dropping on Thursday so be on the lookout.
  16. That's nice but for future reference in case anybody tries to get a PS5 off Target, getting it in your cart is only half the battle. You wanna make sure you're able to checkout and place the order. And then make sure Target doesn't cancel your order but that doesn't happen too often.
  17. See my post above. Amazon is expected to have a big PS5 drop this week. Wednesday or Thursday so be on the lookout.
  18. My honest guess is this will happen probably mid to late summer where people will be able to buy one in-store although I think I'm being a bit too optimistic. Biggest problem right now is all the ordering is done online due to Covid. And because of that, you're basically having to compete with bots/scalpers which is making it very difficult. On top of that there's a chip shortage supply issue that AMD is having to keep up with the demand for both Sony and Microsoft. Sony is anticipating to sell 1-2 million consoles each month this year but that is globally and they haven't even started selling in China yet until next quarter and they've barely tried selling much in India. There's been quite a few great drops this past month though and we're starting to see scalper prices go down whether it be on eBay, StockX, FB Marketplace etc. Best Buy has had drops on Fridays the past 4 weeks. Target had a drop of 40k last week. Walmart had a 2 hour drop that was in waves a couple weeks ago. Playstation Direct will have 3 drops a week. Currently right now everyone who is following restock news is expecting Amazon to have a huge drop this week(rumored to be Wednesday or Thursday). Supposed to have 46k PS5s drop. That site will crash. Good luck to you if you're trying to get one soon!
  19. Damn this sucks. Anyone remember the last prospect who decommited but then recommitted back?
  20. If you’re still in the hunt for a PS5 they should have a drop this Thursday. Online only and you pick up on store. Usually the day of. Here’s the issue, they drop super early in the morning. Past few drops have been 6:45 to 7 am CT. Problem is if Target realizes people catch on to their times they’ll change it slightly. It’s up to you if you wanna get up early. Should you do that, I highly recommend watching Jake Randall’s livestream on YouTube. He’ll sound an alarm the moment it drops. Also, if you can use the Target app on your phone.
