  1. I've lived in Texas the overwhelming majority of my life but had the bad luck of living in Oklahoma when I was 7 for less than a year. Second grade was state history grade at the time. I don't remember much because I was drunk. But they sure as hell didn't mention derogatory history. The only thing I remember was making an Osage warrior shield in arts and crafts which was kind of cool for a kid honestly.
  2. Cynically, this is pretty much spot on. But I'm wide open to options and I like hearing what those local to those options opine.
  3. Maine, Wyoming and Montana have moved higher up my option list this week. I don't mind the cold, and they're just going to get warmer.
  4. Just got back from two weeks in Germany and France. Motorsports fun driving the 'Ring, hitting BMW and Porsche museums, culminating in the 24H of Le Mans. Saw three Longhorn hats and shirts. No aggie or ou. Was a bit surprised. They all apparently love the NYY. By far the most common fanwear.
  5. Hey Imma Vib that reprint is not peer reviewed.
  6. Yikes. I actually like it when the shitstains aren't subtle. Removing all doubt and such. It's almost like somebody recently emboldened them...
  7. "I used to worry about appendix carry +1 in the chamber shooting my dick off but then realized it wasn't long enough to be in the line of fire." /thatguymaybe
  8. Do you think a young male might do to help the dude to straighten out?
  9. Head shot kills almost certainly but smaller target (hey-oh!) and sometimes rounds just whip around the cranium under the skin. Leg would kill eventually if the femoral artery is cut. Shatter the pelvic bone and the ability to stand goes away. Also I don't know anything just spitballin'
  10. Posts like this make me to take the plunge. I have nothing holding me back and work 100% remotely. Congrats on doing it, Paco.
  11. They will be beef steaks to eat?
  12. This is probably good for morale: https://www.thedailybeast.com/russian-troops-suffer-acute-radiation-sickness-after-digging-chernobyl-trenches?ref=scroll Kids in the Russian army never having heard of the disaster there.
  13. Good luck man. I'm in the same boat and just want my mother to have some peace. It's too late to change minds I feel.
  14. They can't be serious, right? It's sanitary because of the CLUMPING. It whisks away trans germs
  15. These two get a pass, at least on the parking. That lot at the southwest corner of Brodie and William Cannon SUCKS. It's tight, irregular, and the the "normal" sports like these are already compact. Got a Thundercloud sub yesterday (upper left corner of pic) and had to do the same thing with a another 3/4 ton taking up three compact spots between us. Looks like you could squeeze three minivans in there with proper orchestration. But in general the parking situation there is the fault of the business park. Fight me.
  16. Well let's be sure to carefully funnel them into groups with like-minded people and be sure there is no abrasion or any need for critical thinking to arrive at a mutually comfortably numb corral.
  17. Wait who was in charge when Russia annexed Georgia?
  18. You shove crayons up your nose as a child? Or last week maybe?
  19. So he's a believer but wants some people to go to hell? I'm going to have to go back and re-read the New Testament because I don't remember Christ being like that at all.
