  1. And if we're having fun with the Pac, I said this before but basically none of it matters without USC. So just fly in to say hi, like when interviewing Urban, and ask who they want to bring, up to 5 friends. None of them are bus trips, so travel is going to be travel. The Pac's travel is already shitty.
  2. Agreed, and its a fun trip. Made it a few years back. Fuckers will give you shit non-stop, but they do it while passing you a drink, which is solid.
  3. Trolling the sportscape and seeing that, besides Aggy fans, no one is arguing they were screwed. Cinci, Coastal, Army, yes, but not A&M. Hell, more people seem to be pissed that Iowa State got the Fiesta over Indiana that ND over Aggy.
  4. I think my favorite part in all this Aggy meltdown is the fact that even at their best, when they've risen to the top of the national conversation in a way they've not been looked at at the end of the season since the 40s, they still... Only ended the season with 8 wins.
  5. Bwahaha, having Herby be the sponsor spokes person to that just is the icing on the cake.
  6. Checks out, 8 wins is generally their ceiling.
  7. @Rimbo ahead of the curve.
  8. This reminds me a lot of Tennessee.
  9. I feel like we need to get this thread back on topic. Helga.
  10. I'm 51. Fuck the Smiths. I'm 50 and I'm kind of meh on the Smiths. I'll take the sex steak though.
  11. A bit off subject, but I've seen this "high scoring conference" a few times and, while it has been the case in the past, it is not the case this year. Currently the SEC is the high scoring/no defense conference. What I haven't figured out yet is if that is due to playing styles changing or because of scheduling. Currently there are three SEC schools in the top ten offensively and zero Big 12 schools. The top two Big 12 schools, by yards per play, are Oklahoma at 17 and Iowa State at 23. For comparison, A&M is 28th and Texas is 30th. Defensively, the SEC is a bit worse at giving up yards this year, averaging over a half yard more per play than the Big 12, which amounts to about 70-80 yards of extra offense per game, give or take. On the "how could this be!?" take; LSU, Arkansas, and Ole Miss are all giving up more yards per play than Kansas. Ouch. On the flip side, defenses in the Top 50 of yards per play, give up around 5.4 y/p. 21% of the SEC is represented (Alabama, Georgia, and A&M) while the Big 12 has 60% (WVU, OU, OkSt, ISU, Texas and TCU). So, either the Big 12's offenses suck this year or they have learned to play D against the spread. Or, the SEC is unable to stop the spread or is having a down year defensively or playing 10 conference games instead of 8 skews the numbers.
  12. At this point it wouldn't shock me if they ended up hiring Malzhan
  13. Wonder if Steele's camp leaked it?
  14. Well then this bet clearly isn't for you.
  15. Come for the plains, stay for the rapin?
  16. Ha I know, I was picking on his tweet. I had to read it a couple times before I figured out what the fuck it said.
  17. A+ for editing out "with his senior season"
