  1. What has become of us. where o where art thou, Saint Luhnow?
  2. Disagree. I'm not a fan of the ccg’s for a lot of the reasons above but Texas should not have won the conference championship for having only one loss and not playing Tenn, Bama, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Mizzou or Ole Miss results and the final sec rank of our sec opponents: L2, W6, W10, W11, W12, W13, W15, W16 We’d (rightfully so) be losing our shit if someone played that schedule and was given the conference championship while we beat that team and had to play two additional teams in the top half of the conference W1, W3, L4, L8, W10, W14, W15, W16
  3. I mean having a new QB playing tOSU after winning a national championship. Where have I seen that before. Hope we win this time though
  4. Meyers had a better season than George last year. George’s numbers were just as bad on the road as at home (slightly worse on the road). I’ll always love the guy and you may be right about a dead cat bounce but I’m afraid you’re much more likely to just be dealing with more dead money …and hope the jersey sales help offset some of it
  5. Ooof. That is complete one-sided… for the Jays
  6. Statement win to open in BIG territory with a team breaking in a new coach, QB, and a bunch of other guys. Lose to UGA. Will not have beaten a top 25 team after we knock a ~#20 Aggy out again the weekend after thanksgiving broken record
  7. 6 weeks without a bye is gonna be rough at least the opponents are mostly weak. Swamp and Dallas back to back will be tough

  13. no home games in october. Wow
  14. Swamp, then dallas, then lexington. 7 schools off week 6, oct 4…
  15. Schedule release on espn2 right now
  16. Or get guys on an island with a mobile QB forcing the defender to make an impossible decision between staying with his man or leaving him to stop said mobile QB from an easy walk-in TD
  17. That was my immediate thought
  18. I’ve posited that Sark has been holding it back until the playoff. The defense has afforded him that luxury. It will be interesting to see if he pulls the top off next Saturday or waits until NYD or even the Cotton Bowl. do I actually think he’s purposely hindering our offense? No, but I do fully believe he has more tricks in the bag and has felt confident we are still a playoff team without showing much of an Arch red zone package. At this point, it’s all worked out with an easy draw and the biggest downside being the risk of significant injuries having to play 4 additional quarters relative to the top 4 seeds.
  19. You mean the team we were up 3 on with 12:48 to go in the game? Yeah, that comp doesn’t get me warm fuzzies
  20. this tweet is dumb/misleading. It looks like it’s grossing up the red zone opportunities and red zone TDs for every TD that occurred before reaching the red zone. The tweet is correct in that we have a total of 55 offensive TDs on the year. However, 16 of those were explosives that occurred from outside of the 20.…including the 1 Saturday where the TD came from the 41 yard line. We also had three other drives where we had a 1st and 10 from the UGA 21, 22, and 27 with only 6 points to show for it. We’re at 66% in red zone TDs when we reach the red zone. Good enough for 47th in the country. (Clemson is 67th, ASU T-43, Oregon 21st, Georgia 19th FWIW). better than the absurdly poor 51% (120th out of 133) we were last year but still not great. If only we had a weapon on the bench we could utilize when the field gets short.
  21. Wow
  22. What are they going to do with the student sections? they’ve been great this year but don’t see it being full 4 days before Christmas
  23. Peach bowl may only be 70% full
  24. Nine makes the most sense and what most fans want if you took a poll….which is why it will never happen
