  1. They typically do not extend the extended deadline. I would think it’s still 10/15, but I have not looked.
  2. Simple solution, never ride in the back seat of your own vehicle. Who cares about other people back there. When my kids were little, I used to laugh at my wife doing carpool in her A5.
  3. Rosemary is much more private/quaint feeling than Siesta. Depending on kids ages, you will feel more comfortable turning them loose in Rosemary. Siesta is the busiest of all mentioned if you have to use public beach access. The main beach is massive, but you can stay further from there but you also lose the walk ability. I think you can take the trolley setup though. Rosemary felt too uppity for me, so we’ve only been once. I would rather get a house on AMI or Blue Mountain and have to drive to eat potentially. I’m not a big fan of other people so we’re always looking for low beach volume.
  4. Speaking of bench spots, I could use a couple more. This is getting ridiculous.
  5. I hate 5 IP, 1 ER games.
  6. It wasn’t Sea Pines, we went to Wild Dunes. The main pool was closed, but it was a nice resort. I preferred the Omni at Amelia Island primarily because the Fernandina Beach downtown area was a nice setup and we liked the houses. I have friends that go to some place on St Simon’s Island every year and never go anywhere else. I haven’t been though.
  7. I’m not an East Coast fan of a resort fan, but Sea Pines is a nice area. I just don’t care for the beaches or the water and the few times we’ve taken the kids they have had no interest in getting in the water. From a house standpoint, Rosemary Beach would fit your requirements, something around Seaside but outside the immediate loop would fit your requirement, a house in the Pine Island area of Anna Maria would be probably the highest on my list, something right around Siesta Key, etc.
  8. Hopefully you do all of that while running full ballast right by docks.
  9. I sure am glad I cashed in some SWA stock back in late January to get on the Surly stock bandwagon. It’s up another 30% since then, this side portfolio not so much. I think I had better luck with sports betting as a hobby.
  10. I don’t think it will ever hold up for the full season, but I was curious how going P/P and then best available from there on out would work.
  11. JD Martinez is showing out.
  12. Wake boat prices are past the point of stupid right now. At this rate I’m going to sit out another year or do something stupid like buy a new one. I’ve seen piles of ‘05-‘07 models in the $50k range. Damn boats were cheaper than that new.
  13. Maybe should have waited a little longer on those it looks like.
  14. In, guess I’m buying some more IBRX as well. Need to average down some anyways.
  15. He should initial them somewhere. Then when he buys them off Craigslist he could look for it, since there is at least a reasonable chance he’s bought his back.
  16. Based on her spending habits, you better call quickly:
  17. I’m sure my wife will be calling and bumping up my life insurance based on the cardio issues and us having round 2 of Pfizer in a week. That already isn’t my strong suit.
  18. You have until 5/17 to make retirement contributions. Nondeductible to Roth seems fairly well covered at this point. Simple process with no other IRA holdings.
  19. I have different definitions of old school than a few of you. When I think of old school candies, it's the stuff you only find in a Cracker Barrel or candy store now like Charleston Chews, the little two tone brown peanut butter bars, the lemonheads in a box, sixlets, etc.
  20. COVID and rain are going to keep this interesting.
  21. There is a lot to his story, but I will say due to medical circumstances there are reasons he rarely drives it that are legitimate. Some people want to see things they haven’t, some want to have things they have always wanted.
  22. Bad ass, met with a client today that has a ‘16 GT3RS that he has managed to put 500 miles on. He is working on ordering a ‘21 Turbo S now. I offered to drive them for him every other week or so to make sure they got some use.
  23. It is solid. We do one every few weeks instead of a standard roast. I go the rice route rather than the sammich route, but I may have to give that a shot. I go lighter on the butter with some beef broth for liquid and it still comes out fine. Brown gravy mix, ranch dressing mix, and a few peppers also.
  24. Not sure I’m going to make the draft time, so my team will definitely suck if not. To your point though, it will most likely suck either way. I haven’t looked at anything to this point, so I’m going to wing it as usual.
