This is silly, why are you taking the ULM game out? Take the USF game out for Miller and he would've barely gotten over 500 yards rushing on the season.
Blue had more rushing yards on fewer carries, more touchdowns and more than double the receiving yards than Miller did. Miller hasn't been that great, Wisner would've took his job too.
Bobby telling people to step off of the ledge implies he’s heard some good news imo.
It’s probably this, Hayes posted about a commit to us the other day, people at ON3 know. We’ll see if we can actually make it to the finish line this time.
It's not a coin flip. Don't take the 9.95ers so literally. When they say something is 50/50 it just means they don't know shit
Yeah, Tennessee was on Rouse for far longer than we were. Rouse wasn't even on the upcoming commitment graphic OTF made two weeks ago.
If Bishop is set to be a WR as has been reported, then we’re more than fine there. Lott and Finley are only annoying because they were legacies not because we’re hurting at their position.
Overall though, I think there probably needs to be a bit of a resetting of the board. By Saturday, almost every player who OV’d to us will be committed somewhere. Obviously you try to flip whoever you can, but some new targets need to emerge too.
This is what happens when 98% of the “reporting” is just texting a kid incessantly. Hardly anyone’s talking to these kids in person or even over the phone anymore.
Yep, and here’s another thing people probably don’t realize. They fill out those “first teams” as entire rosters, not just a starting lineup, there’s like 50 spots. 11 OL made district 3-6A “first team” and Ojo wasn’t one of them. He’s all projection.
The composite has 30 5-stars right now and Turntine is ranked 36th. He's not that far off. This board spent so much time shitting on the kid for not being fatter, people forgot he was still highly ranked
The outrage would've been from other teams/fans. "Texas is ruining college football!!11". People care a lot less when its an irrelevant Texas Tech program.
Ojo's number being that ridiculous is probably a good sign for those that were worried. House settlement or not, Texas was not going to pay 5+ million dollars for Ojo, that is an irresponsible use of funds.
Posts like this are so weird because there has been plenty of worrying, whining and gnashing of teeth on this board. What is it that you want? You seem to be upset that it’s just not 100% that.
I assume they didn't get anywhere near what Ojo is being offered and so they would've been more economical. But if they did, then none of this matters, and the incessant whining on this board was actually warranted.
