  1. Visited Butler University when in Indianapolis 2+ years after our fantasy football draft in Louisville. A former Butler girls soccer player showed me around. Saw the Hinkle Fieldhouse where they filmed the last basketball game in “Hoosiers”. And the interior. And the soccer field next to the field house with the soccer girls’ dorms just beyond it. And because there are rules, here’s my amiga on the steps of the war memorial in the middle of Indianapolis that has tons of Masonic characteristics and is where her morning exercise group meets for much of the year.
  2. I don’t think so, but the horrible camera work kept missing the legs & butt hitting out of bounds as he’s finishing securing the ball.
  3. It may be Tourette’s. When I listen to Bobby & Gerry, the Tourette’s is very noticeable when one of them yells out “HEY!” and then continues talking or maybe it’s a “LOOK!… uh, you know… uh…” Lots of screamed out “HEY!”s & “LOOK!”s before pauses and calm stuttering and or “uh”s between every other word. Occasionally there is excellent information provided to keep my attention during a workout, but the Tourette’s is always present… until the MANSCAPE read, when extra focus is applied to prevent any sudden movements. Perhaps “Hi”s are just the Tourette’s in his fingers.
  4. You could have gone Willie Gault, but you went “Renaldo Snipes Nehemiah”… Damn! You probably have back problems and get up once or twice during the night to pee! ✊ SOLID
  5. I went to the ‘05 Rose Bowl and paid well under $100 and we won. (I think that I paid around $40.) And I went to the ‘06 Rose Bowl and we won. I did not go to the Rose Bowl after the 2009 season because I was in Argentina (or maybe Punta del Este, Uruguay), but probably Argentina, depending on when the game was played. We may need someone to buy a ticket to send me to the game. (I can drive down from Dallas.) PS- I went to the Cotton Bowl win over Bear Bryant & Alabama (14-12), so I have pretty good luck over Bama in bowl games.
  6. This guy seems to be an expert on dogshit, because he only knew how to play dogshit music.
  7. Sounds like a PWO. Really? Really? There is a 25 FOOT class that people are talking about? You’re fucking something here, Fudd. You’re either fucking with us or you’re fucking regarded. You don’t have to emulate your screen name. Kind of. Actually, Chip had passed out on the floor in a stall and only woke up to witness the destruction of the stall when Ketch stepped on him as he was backing in to destroy the KOHLER.
  8. I believe that a “tight Wide Receiver” is an oxymoron.
  9. Wingo smoke is real? Alabama getting Ryan Williams to stick to his commitment? Coaches want to take their time with their psychological eval of EStew? It definitely means something. 🤷‍♂️🦕 🏈 🦖

Announcer: “It was never going in.”
  11. McKinley & fam kept repeating that they wanted to be close enough to see both boy’s games on back-to-back days. College Station being 90 to 120 minutes closer to Lafayette, LA was a major part of the decision. Recently McKinley has mentioned SYRACUSE FUCKING NEW YORK as a school that he’s interested in. You can drive to Austin and then back to College Station before you can drive to an airport, go through security, wait to board, board a plane, wait to take off, fly to the first of your one to two layover stops, land… change planes… make it to Syracuse. Now they have thrown in Oklahoma City & Columbus, Ohio as possible locations that would at least be closer than Syracuse, but are still “Are you fucking kidding me?” farther away and harder to get to than Austin from Lafayette. I am more than happy to “lose” the recruiting battle for this one. The focus doesn’t seem to be on football bringing riches as much as just riches and then… we’ll figure out prepping for the NFL later on down the road.
  12. UTSA’s OL is loaded with extremely wide players… …with tiny numbers on their backs. PS- I alike adidas and UTSA’s unis, but I’m glad that we are a NIKE school simply because the kids like NIKE. I don’t like NIKE and hate their shoes, but what I like doesn’t matter in recruiting.
  13. UTSA’s pass to the 1 yard line was a great scramble, pass, & catch, but… The receiver was out of bounds. That wasn’t a catch because the receiver’s feet had pushed off and the first body part down was a hand out of bounds. I’m pulling for UTSA, but that was an incomplete pass. The announcers ignored the replay a couple of times and the replay booth did as well and the next play was a TD.
  14. Whoops... lost track of my decades. He was there for 44 years. From the age of 26 to 70, I guess. Not bad being able to buy a house in LA at the age of 26. Different times.
  15. Took an improv class my first summer in LA (after arriving the September before) and someone in my class was renting a room in a house in Laurel Canyon. I didn't know anything about Laurel Canyon, but a few of us met to practice getting used to being spontaneous in a house in that canyon. (Also dog sat for my bosses' dog in that canyon about 6-7 years later.) Anyway, apparently Jim Ladd lived in the canyon for 34 years. Arrived in 1974, after it was already the epicenter for the LA music scene in the 1970s. Interesting house... can't imagine that the buyers kept it the way it was.

    USMNT 2023

Nebbish guy who does the "It's Called Soccer" YouTube channel (formerly "FIFAmerica") does a simulation of USMNT+ players from our player pool and makes them a team in the Premier League. He then takes out one of the worst teams in the league so that the US players are one of the 20 teams, but have fewer cupcakes. He then uses various managers to see who could get the best out of our players and whether our players have the potential to make it to any of the three European competitions. Some may be surprised to learn that Gregg Berhalter sucks ass. 4A784X2 I so fucking hate Berhalter. I hope that someday the depth of his incompetence is revealed for all sports entities in the US to see and report on to the general population.
  17. I have a friend who has a relative on that Duncanville team and he mentioned just yesterday Caden Durham is a Louisiana kid and has only been in Texas for a few years. I think that the coaches knew that he was always going to LSU and they would be wasting their time and energy that could be spent elsewhere. Now that Durham won’t be around as a bad influence, the coaches can really focus on flipping Dakorien Moore.
  18. I think the Señor Cruz is going to be one of my favorite players from this class.
  19. Yep. A little shorter and MUCH thinner. He does have that Dallas Turner, late hit/throw all over your bodyweight down on your victim, attitude that could see his being a weight room demon, but I don’t expect him to have Anthony Hill’s first year impact.
  20. I was going to say that he appears to be a shorter, but much more explosive Cunningham. I think that Weaver is feeling his way with the other guards out there right now. Aßmas is a 5th year senior and an all-time 3 point stud. Hunter is a junior who expects the ball in his hands for a lot of every possession. Weaver is bigger and more explosive than both of them, but for now the offense doesn’t run through him. For now he’s a defensive specialist whose time will come on the offense… …and it will be fun when that time comes.
  21. Welp, you can kiss the straight A’s goodbye after that purchase. 😅
