  1. Was sick of losing to Lake Travis in the playoffs?
  2. Also, when Black's decide to franchise itself? See that they are now in New Braunfels, Sand Marcos, and Austin.
  3. Ate at Hays County BBQ last night. Ribs were pretty good. Very slight tug off the bone. Sauce was good. There twice baked casserole was excellent. Also, had the sausage. lilt but too greasy for me. Overall, I would be more than happy to go back.
  4. If you are looking to save some cash, Lincoln Park Zoo is free. There is a bus route that connects Navy Pier and the Zoo. Yes, Navy Pier is a tourist trap but the Ferris Wheel is pretty cool. Also, if Moby Ric's daughter likes to go shopping, take her down the Magnificent Mile. Finally, this looks like an amazing park: https://maggiedaleypark.com/
  5. Obama had the idea, too: http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2008/images/07/02/national.service.fact.sheet.final.pdf
  6. And we have not seen an eating challenge yet, so who knows about that?
  7. Being located in Stone Oak has its benefits...
  8. It is the anti anti-abortion bill. It is starting to be common as a way to use absurdity to point out how draconian anti abortion bills can be.
  9. Culver's is Wisconsin based. He will live there when he campaigns there next March.
  10. Whatever this is?
  11. This shit... https://www.vox.com/2019/3/14/18265398/beto-vanity-fair-born-to-run-remark-running-for-president
  12. "Nobody is shitty enough to be 'Trump on the left' " You could do it if you mixed these two together:
  13. I think they are one of the bands that draw energy from the crowds. More intimate settings the better the show. So makes sense that the Houston Rodeo show would be lackluster.
  14. Two other museum ideas: Texas Air Museum at Stimson Field Texas Transportation Museum
  15. There are B Cycles are all over town. Those are the bulky bikes with the baskets. Uber's Jump bikes are popping up all over. Those are the red ones. No mention of Pico De Gallo yet on this thread. That is located on the other side of 35 west of Market Square. Solid Tex-Mex. When are you coming? UIL State Boys Basketball is at the dome this upcoming weekend.
  16. Ate tonight at Deewillie's BBQ here in San Antonio on the northeast side.. Was worried about the dinner cue. Ribs tender no tugging off the bone. Pretty good rub. Sauce not needed. Turkey pretty good too. Nice peppercorn taste. Worth going back. https://deewilliesbbq.com
  17. Headed to Louisville at the end of this month. Not into the whole bourbon thing. As a novice, where should I go for the bourbon? What about breweries? Also, take any 'cue recommendations? Thanks.
  18. I disagree. Most hard core evangelicals (a big subset of Trump's base) wants Israel to succeed and provoke war so that the rapture can come.
  19. I have always liked The Lake House
  20. I would say they are more of the Toronto Maple Leafs of the NBA.
  21. Come on fellow OK State fans, nobody has made the obvious bit he is just moving to the "Princeton of the Prairie".
  22. It has probably been said before... my gut tells me he reopened the government because his buddy Roger Stone got arrested and Trump wanted to change the news cycle.
