  1. Coastal Living puts them first on their list. The other "Best Fish and Chips in America" according to their contributors:
    • A Salt and Battery, New York, New York
    • Andria's Seafood Restaurant and Market, Ventura, California
    • Tides Tavern, Gig Harbor, Washington
    • The Bamboo Room Restaurant, Haines, Alaska
    • The Wharf Rat, Baltimore, Maryland
    • Chinook's at Salmon Bay, Seattle, Washington
I haven't been to any of these places, but I am keeping this list, in the event that I'm ever in any of these locations. The Wharf Rat and A Salt and Battery are the two I'm most likely to visit anytime soon.

If you make it to Baltimore drop me a line... the Rat is just down the street and I’ve yet to taste their samplings.
  2. We shut down all corporate travel for the remainder of the month, cancelled multiple major events and are putting plans in place for all but key personnel to work from home. That said, our infrastructure will grind to a halt if we attempt to VPN even a quarter of those folks... so ain’t a lot of work getting done if this keeps apace.

  3. Agree, clear call and evaluate turn.

Same - I would be a bit worried about trips, but see another card and let them fire again if they don’t have the cards... then you can see who has the stones.
  4. Holy shittttt this Calumet is good.

Light notes of vanilla and charcoal on the front, mouthfeel is syrupy and the finish is char forward with hints of oak and just a touch of sweetness.

Very distinct, not too hot for a 12 year. I dig it as a change of pace, but this would bowl you over as anything but a special occasion drinker. Half way through the pour and I’m already contemplating bad decisions...
