  1. We've known it for ages, but nice of you to finally get on board.
  2. I can only assume they are leaving room to counter the inevitable sniping shit that is going to come from one or more clubs with unlimited resources. The good news for Arsenal in this window is the ability to offer CL. That will at least make Chelsea less of a threat. Unfortunately, City can offer everything we can and more. Greedy fucks.
  3. I always thought Jeff looked familiar. I finally figured out why. Now it all makes sense.
  4. Jeff has zero self-awareness...nothing we didn't already know. Has he actually scored any food on his own the entire challenge? I feel bad for Sarah, Gary, and Cheeny, having to live with him for 10 days.
  5. It really felt like Buddha was competing against some of the amazing dishes he made all season more so than what Sara and Gabri were serving. Had he been under performing throughout the competition, they would have given him more credit. Buddha put out delicious highly elevated food and didn't made any mistakes. They asked for the chefs to cook their food, and that's what he did. Kudos to Sara for giving them tasty dishes that they likely don't experience very often, but technique should count for something. No one's technical skill comes close to Buddha's. It's easy for Tom to say after the fact that Sara would have won if she had properly cooked the liver, but I'm not sure I buy it. We'll never know. She made a rookie mistake that no Top Chef should make.
  6. I have no idea if Aldridge has coaching chops, but I love seeing a former Horn with his NBA résumé being involved at some level. It's also a great way for Aldridge to stay active in the game.
  7. It's a bummer that Pepe never really met expectations here, but I'm glad to see that we have a plan to improve the quality and depth.
  8. I thought it was pretty ballsy of Dan to just help himself to Gary and Waz's honey stash, granted, it wasn't the easiest resource to divide for sharing. Waz needed to say something if his share was still in the pot. Not knowing how eliminations are going to work makes it hard to plan for the social game. I like Gary's approach of not being a total asshole to Jeff, just in case, though I don't see it helping at all because Jeff is still Jeff. I'm curious to see which groups Jeff and Matt join. It was funny as hell watching Jeff essentially run to the next zone, when there was no reason whatsoever to do so.
  9. You've crossed the line. Even the hate thread has limits.
  10. Someone tell Bruce this wasn't a challenge. Blowouts are fine.
  11. That's much better than last season's 15-35 record. Interestingly, as well as we are playing this season, we are still struggling in one-run games, currently sitting at 4-7. This projects to 11-20 for the season, or roughly wining 1/3 of them. Let's just keep winning 12-2 type games so we don't have to worry about it.
  12. Great human being, but his shtick is annoying as fuck.
  13. It seems to me that the best option is to simply not lose any games. I think we should try to do that.
  14. It really is amazing. You have to think Seager would be on that list without missing so many games.
  15. Can't Arsenal just show him Chelsea highlights from last year to demonstrate how effectively he will be used? Oh wait, there were no Chelsea highlights. Have him talk to Mudryk about how nice it is to play for a team that is willing to overpay.
  16. You "tee hee" and "heavy duty" too, don't you?
  17. I feel more confident with Bochy in the dugout than I otherwise would, but the magic number is 103. Get back to us when it is zero, or at least under 20. I won't speak for other Rangers fans, but right now, I'm happy enjoying the ride. We have not been competitive in years, and this team is putting up some crazy stats. It's nice.
  18. Well shit, we apparently spent all our money on NIL, and now can't pay the electric bill.
  19. Yes, it is too early to write off RT. It is also too early to claim that he is going to be successful in all facets. If you evaluate what he has done month-to-month instead of minute-by-minute, what we have seen so far is encouraging.
  20. Perhaps I am being naive, but I do not see Michigan hiring Beard for the same reasons we could not possibly keep him here. Kentucky? Sure. Kansas? Probably, but I think they would exhaust all other options first.
  21. I see what you are saying. My cut and paste, but not my math. Regardless, 5 championships is considerably fewer than the 19 required for Helobious to be correct.
  22. How so? Or are you responding to the "nailed it?" If the latter, your sarcasm meter is off.
