  1. ESPN is the LHN app basically. Unfortunately no on demand stuff though., but dtv now doesn't have any content either.
  2. So happy they changed the Guide location to the first on the left for DIRECTVNOW. It sucked having to scroll all the way over to get to the guide. It's the little things. I read they are now going to offer 50 and 100gb plans for people who want that. The latest update still shows beta dvr though. FYI for those with Android Tv's. On my Shield TV, I had to turn on location services for DTV Now to get the latest version to work. Settings, Apps, Dtvnow, Location Services.
  3. Another good deal is using your .EDU account you can get discounts a bunch of stores. I got a free version of Windows 10 also using my .EDU account. I think that was https://onthehub.com/download/free-software/windows-10-education-for-faculty/ I just got a Samsung Watch off. Go to https://www.myunidays.com/US/en-US/content/about You can get Samsung stuff up to 20% off from ordering from Samsung.
  4. Back to the top. Rage let it go.😪 I still keep alerts for slickdeals on my phone. This is one of the best I've seen in a bit for FREE. If you have Tmobile, download the Tmobile Tuesday app (usually they aren't that great, but every now and then). Pandora Premium is Free for a year.
  5. Also, it has been awhile with Itunes, as I don't have an Iphone anymore, but it used to default to ripping CD's apples .aac format instead of .mp3 or flac. You need to change that to another format like mp3 or use another program for ripping the cd's. https://www.lifewire.com/best-free-cd-rippers-2438494
  6. Yeah, I mentioned on the other board, I didn't know what I was in for. I never watched those Centipede movies. It took me awhile to get that out of my head. Fucked up.
  7. I've been putting off watching The Rider. I'll have to watch. Watched lately: Tag - stupid fun humor. It had me laughing out loud. Bloodwork - Not Eastwoods best, but I have all of his movies, and wanted to watch a 90's movie I hadn't seen in awhile. It was good. I hadn't seen it since it came out, so I like those where I forget the twists. Deadpool 2 - Pretty good. I didn't enjoy it as much as the first. I may just be burnt out on Marvel. It took me forever to watch the new Thor, and I've started the new Avengers, but haven't gotten around to watching the rest. School of Rock - Hadn't seen it since release. Still great. Love the music. Seabiscuit - Someone here mentioned that, so I watched that. GREAT Movie. It also got me to watch Secretariat also, another Great movie. Upgrade - It was just ok for me American Animals - Pretty stupid. I quit toward the end. Bad Samaritan - I usually like these type of movies and big fan of David Tennant, but it sort of sucked. Action Point - Knocksville movie, I made it maybe 20 min. Bad.
  8. Yeah, I would call ahead. I have been at hotels where they require you to login from the device, so it's a pia on a stick. So if they require that, you might bring a laptop or your phone with an hdmi adapter so you can login, then connect that device with a hdmi cable you also brought.
  9. damn edit timer. There are various sync programs you can download for your pc to sync you music dir and other stuff to your usb drive regularly.
  10. Yeah, I think your best bet to backup/stream your music for free is Google Play Music. It holds up to 100k songs. Amazon used to allow you to upload. No longer I believe. You're on the right path. I remember ripping all my cd's 20 years ago and downloading tons of stuff off of Napster, and losing some. After all that "work" you don't want to lose it. You may think about getting a usb drive to save a copy of all of that also, I can't remember how it works if you want to download your music back to your pc if you lose it with G P Music if that is possible. USB thumb drives are so cheap now. Crazy you can hold 256gb plus on your keychain.
  11. Yeah, the Apple seems great, but I didn't want to cross platforms (even though it's Tizen or Android Wear vs IOS, so it shouldn't matter.) They offer a new smaller version 42mm, but I got the bigger version 46mm. Same size as the last Samsung watch, but it has maybe 1/3 more battery. The smaller ones have a smaller battery. That's why I went big I didn't really notice it being too big, until I looked in the mirror and compared it to my regular watch. I have a silver band coming from Amazon, so hopefully that will make it look nicer. I don't like the rubber bands. I had not heard of quick release bands before. That is so cool you can change your face and bands and have a "new watch"
  12. I finally took the plunge. I was waiting impatiently for years. I wanted one that would last awhile and not one day. The new Samsung Watch is supposed to last 4+ days. What I read to make my decision: S3 vs New Watch : Waterproof(in the pool a lot), longer battery, bixby(better voice sw). They got rid of MGT or whatever to scan your watch on a card reader, but most places use NFC now it seems. I can always use my phone for that. (I just started using Samsung Pay. Wow, so much easier than getting your card out and inserting it and waiting. It is automatic, looking forward to just holding down a button on my watch and paying.). I read about wear os vs Tizen. I may change my mind if a Pixel watch comes out, but the Samsung is supposed to be the best right now(non apple). Very cool you can duplicate famous watches by downloading faces. I'm still reading up on everything on how to do this. I plan on making a custom longhorn face with just date, weather, and maybe steps/calories in a classic face. Anyone have any longhorn face they use? The ones I have found are pretty bad. What other faces do you have? I'll put pics on the ones I install once I figure it all out. From what I have seen https://www.watchfaces.be/ is a great place to find designer faces. That's all I got for now....

Yeah if Tyler or anyone takes Angela or Brett to the end, they should be good the way they are pissing off jury members with their messages.

I got the 7 day trial to watch the shit, but they took a break at the end. WTF? It took them awhile to take off the crisco. JC was showering, Angela jumped in both nude, lucky little bastard. Angela said she had crisco in her vagina. Crazy they can't use regular knives, but makes sense. That must be a bitch though. Not sure how to create a spoiler tag. It was interesting watching the winner and another talk about who to put up right after.
  19. I wouldn't think so. I have created a att.net account under my mom for that issue in the past. You can always use a temp email like I have bnbspam@gmail.com. Then try out the dtvnow for 14 days, then sign up under your normal email to get the deal...

Excellent. Try to say Spoiler. I love rock star tears.
  21. I'm buying a pair. I sort of like the paint splashing on the bottom. It reminds me of retro 80s
  22. On a different thread it only takes 4mbs to do a stream, so... I only pay 50 with tax 100mb for Google fiber. Thats all I need living alone, I could pay 70 for 1gb but why? It all depends on your cable bill... I wouldn't say every. I could pay 70 for the. I have my mom on a lesser plan with att.

  24. My favorite I still wear from awhile ago. Drive fit.
