This is right as the batter is about to look back and the umpire had already yelled strike. How can they say it wasn’t clearly called strike?

2025 World Series- Dodgers v Blue Jays
Just tuned in. What am I missing about the weird play? Ump says strike right away. Batter heads back, then continues like it’s a ball? The broadcast was pretty clear he called strike. Just because it’s a bad call you don’t get to act on the bases you wanted it to be called. I don’t see how they’re saying the call was late?

Brian Kelly to L$U
- Could this be the craziest coaching carousel of all time?
Considering his past, Kiffin should use this to get as much as he can and stick with Ole Miss. It's finally working for him as a head coach, why mess with what's working?- Could this be the craziest coaching carousel of all time?

I really hope Ana has opinions on Shane Gillis and/or Quinn Ewers.- Brian Kelly to L$U
If he intends to find another job, and assuming his contract has offset language, accepting less in settlement is pretty common to avoid having to later calculate the offset. It can be further discounted by agreement if LSU can pay it in a lump sum. I doubt however that he would accept less than half, he might take a $10M to maybe $20M discount, but I doubt he'd accept less than that, and would almost certainly demand it be paid in full upfront.- 25-26 Dallas Mavericks Thread: The Season of Our Discontent
There's an easy way to stop these chants.- Brian Kelly to L$U
It’s very confusing to me. Coach fired midseason and the portal opens for 30 days. But they can’t transfer mid season/semester. I assume they can also enter the portal during the normal window after the season? So why enter midseason? Does it mean they can start actively speaking with other schools? Are other schools speaking with these people midseason? I think OKST has a couple of players who entered the portal and are still going to play out the season.- Dallas Cowboys 2025 season thread: 8-9 and divine. The world according to Jerry
And there it is, down 17, Dak makes a mistake, dumbass fans blame the QB for the loss. Same fucking cycle every fucking year.- Dallas Cowboys 2025 season thread: 8-9 and divine. The world according to Jerry
The defense let up when the whistle blew you idiot. Not that it matters, they were going to score eventually.- Dallas Cowboys 2025 season thread: 8-9 and divine. The world according to Jerry
I hate this defense. Fuck Eberflus, fucking hack.- Dallas Cowboys 2025 season thread: 8-9 and divine. The world according to Jerry
