  1. Biggest plot hole is that he doesn't know about the switch being attached to the outlet. Doesn't he do this every year? What kind of homeowner wouldn't have encoutered that at some point and figured it out?
  2. So basic and juvenile and will always make me laugh 🤣
  3. The trailer looks more like a DC movie. Dark cinemetography and a screenplay that takes itself way too serious. I have no desire to see it and probably never will. I couldn't form an opinion on Madam Web because I literally could not follow what the hell was happening.
  4. How did that fool anybody? It looks exactly like Eli but slightly more derpy which I didn't think was possible.
  5. I honestly don't know if thats good or bad for WVU but definitely a risk. I'm not convinced he'll bring them back to prominence but we'll see.
  6. Sounds like you have concepts of a plan. I’m sure this will all be fixed in the next 4 years.
  7. Just cut some more corporate taxes, that’ll fix everything. “Government isn’t perfectly efficient so let’s just keep cutting resources.”
  8. Government funded the moon race and the a-bomb but only enormous private profits can possibly fund medicine. He’s really on to something there.
  9. It might work out especially since he's gonna bring in a new QB from the portal named Bom Trady.
  10. Would the MAC look at NDSU?
  11. Goddamn, can you come back to high level professional football at all after tearing all three ligaments? Overshown was about the only remaining bright spot for this franchise going forward.
  12. I think the reference was to what they're calling "House money" based on the House case which will allow (or require, I forget) directly payments from the University to players.
  13. Um, they've been cheered on by at least half the country for decades now, again, what world have you been living in?
  14. You know goddamned fucking well the "quality of the candidate" had nothing to do with anything, and of course you only hold one side to this standard either way. Antivaxers for health and human services and pro wrestling executives to head education, way better than someone whose policy on what exactly was problematic? Inflation? Gas prices? Gaza? I see you're still sticking to your guns on disingenuious bullshit. I heard her laugh once and didn't like it, I guess we got what we deserved.
  15. I mean, what else is there? It's not just someone whose policy positions are disagreeable to some. It's someone with zero policy positions, multiple crimes and convictions, and who won on rhetoric of hatred towards large swaths of people who are about to face a world of hurt. Oh, and its the side that calls anything that might change the health insurance system socialist traitors. So yeah, blow it the fuck up, the side that at least tried to hold to the rule of law lost, by a lot. It's already been blown up. I literally don't care anymore if the response is violence, the alternative has failed. Edit: Since it's become full CR, and healthcare is the topic, the "person we didn't want to win who won" is appointing an anti-vaxxer to lead the country's policy on health and human services. Let that sink in for a moment. This isn't ordinary policy disagreements, things have already blown the fuck up, both sides-ing the tactics doesn't bother me anymore.
  16. Cool. I'm sure if we just ask the people in Washington nicely they'll help us change the system. The people have spoken, the trans girl playing volleyball out west is a far more important outrage.
  17. Wait, are you seriously suggesting that the fix to this country's healthcare debacle is to ask large corporate employers, most of whom report to shareholders, to care enough about their employees and push for a change to the current system of health insurance, which themselves report to . . . shareholders? Maybe I'm interepreting this incorrectly, but if you think that's a solution, I can only just sit here befuddled and let out a lot of very nervous and angry laughter.
  18. You don't win 9 games at Duke by being a middling QB. You guys have history with him I guess but he's gonna find a good program and make good money.
  19. Joey bought Spencer Sanders, an entrenched starter, to put him on the bench for his last year of eligibility. Joey don't give a fuck. It it helps fine, if he's on the bench, whatever.
  20. The worst part is that reform was almost certainly not the intended result of this, nor is it or should it be expected. I just don't fucking care anymore and have zero sympathy for the deceased.
