What are some of the ingredients y'all keep in the pantry? I have experimented with some sauces and pastes. Fish sauce isn't as bad as it sounds but it can get funky if too much is used.
Fish sauce, various Thai curries, chili oil, sesame oil, roasted sesame oil, various Asian vinegars, furikake, palm sugar, couple types of rice, rice flour, lots of coconut cream and milk, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha. .
In the freezer I keep ginger, galanagal, lime leaf, and Thai chilies.
I also enjoy going to the Asian markets up at 183 and Lamar and just grab random stuff (roasted garlic/shallots/onions, noodles, sauces, etc).

Pok pok wings any good or is it all hype?
Legit. Get them at Pok Pok's bar across the street, Whiskey Soda Lounge, and order some drinking vinegars.

I don't create and write down recipes typically as I like to wing things to my tastes. A great Asian recipe site I reference from time to time is: Rasa Malaysia

Subscribed. I love cooking asian food at home and focus heavily on Thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese. I don't know that I can offer tips but I'm definitely going to follow along.
I will say that Pho with a pressure cooker is suuuuuper easy. To the point that if I have all the stuff, I have no problem making it at home on a weekday after work.

And did exactly what the Barack Hussein Obama, II campaign was hailed as being a technological visionary for doing in 2012. (But they pinky-swore to not do it again and nobody raised an eyebrow because, well, the results justified the behavior.)

All New Glarus is Wisky only, isn’t it? I think it’s in their motto or something. I have a glass from them my mom brought back for me when she went there, but I haven’t had any of their swill.
Yes, only Wisky like Al_4_ISU stated. If you can try their fruit beer, do it. I have a cousin up there that comes down to Texas every year and gives me a few bottles of all their offerings. Incredible stuff.

All is working now. Weird.

I'm getting it to load on Chrome on Android.
I tried it on Chrome as well and initially it looked like it worked but on the bottom it said it was reading it via offline data. Weird. A couple other guys I know are having the same issue.

SIAP - but it doesn't look like the site is loading on mobile browsers. Was working earlier this morning.
I'm on Android, can't speak to Iphone.

Incredible footage.
I know the current Project Manager over the Patriot missile program over at Raytheon. His life just became infinitely more difficult. /csb
Article from back in Dec. of the last missile attack and failure.

Looks like someone started purging that already. I got notices yesterday that my VIP subscription was canceled.

Would any of this be driven from the budget that had easter eggs in it?

Let’s graft Swam and Hugo together “Swam4Stiltz”. The explosion would be glorious and likely take out half the country’s servers.

His tweets today have been fantastic. If you enjoy the thought of him being miserable. Which I kind of do.

Shaking Beef (Bo Luc Lac) - Vietnamese salet of ribeye, shallot, arugula, mint, basil, rice, and a dressing (lime, Thai Chile, palm sugar, fish sauce). Great dish for spring or summer.

I don't know if it's been posted previously but Spindle Tap in Houston is killing the NEIPA style. Houston Haze is delicious.

Also, I recommend using Vietnamese over Thai fish sauces. Especially if it's new to you. It's more balanced and a bit sweeter. Thai is somewhat saltier.
