Damn. The first sweep of the Stros, and Díaz saved all four.
-
And makes me laugh.
-
That is the best I have seen out of Duke so far.
-
Healy!
-
No Colomé or Diaz and the rest of this bullpen is a dumpster fire.
-
That one was crushed.
-
2 wins in a row. That is nice.
-
Side note: I love the 80s unis on both teams.

Broomstick!

Felix just walked out to the pen.

Whew, done.

Don't want to see Duke in a game again.

Umps make it a tighter game

That was some serious bullshit blue.

Thanks. Haniger 4 for 4 tonight.

Stepped away for a bit after M's went up 6-0. Did they show how/why Verlander got ejected?
-
Wow. Off night for Verlander so far. I'll take it.
-
Span has been a nice pick up.

And a balk!

Couldn't watch it, but I read bad things.

The Rangers aren't alone in that, in case you didn't know. Felix has been declining badly for the last three and a half years. As a Mariners fan, the King was such a great reason to tune in for so many years when just about nothing else was going right. I could go on and on really, about Felix, but this isn't the Mariners thread. To see him with no life in his pitches just hurts, because he gave us so many reasons to tune in over the years.
I'm glad that he and Beltre got to have one last fun moment together. But otherwise, knowing that could very well be his last start, that one hurt for me, regardless of the opponent.

Remy will always have the "here comes the pizza" or "lost tooth" moments for me. Of course, those were with Orsillo. I have to be careful. I can go down the rabbit hole of youtube on those two.
Agreed that the Nats didn't seem worthy of the bottom, but again, there's some in the top I haven't watched this year.
